Go put your nose right up there ass...been dealing with them for ever and ever and a day ,and you gunna tell me....I have more than every right to be tripping..my order was placed June 18th..scew it,....maybe they will give you free gear for just plane out loving them no matter how they scew up....this went down in a unprofessional manner..!
Yeah absolutely it sucks, I'm not debating that. Waiting like 6 weeks for gear just to ship is fucked up. But at some point you're like well, maybe it's time for plan B? I'm not sure big time drug syndicates have much more "professional" customer service.
Alot of the top source's on here success can be attributed to professional customer service naps included... so why would any one expect different now. In fact if someone doesn't recieve a pack they are supposed to pm/email the source and bring it here, if no resolution is found then leave a review.

Mine shipped July 29th ems in cn got it and it said processed through our facility. Haven't had an update since the 29th hopefully it's not still in customs and it's about to my door. Naps said if the status doesn't change in 4-5 days put in a ticket. Original order date was June 18th. This is outrageous.
I'd like to have seen the size of that shipment they sent out today lol. Seems like a lot of packs.
They said mine shipped..we will see.
Tracking number is moving and looks like it's from m also.. wondering if it will be a m batch or cn..I will keep you posted.

Is it us customs or (isc)?they are two different thing..if it is at customs you will more than likely not get..isc means international sorting center which means it is already in the states.
It says "inbound into customs" but it's in new yaaaaaaarrghhhh sooooo......I think I had this before and they released it!?
