Pack arrived and they also let me go ahead and use my 30% credit cause it had been so long..pack had to be signed for and I wasn't here,wife was pissed.never had to ever sign for anything.pack had been open along the way somewhere and my clomid had a knife slit in it..all the gear is there and it's not cn lot eighter..I won't be doing anything for a long time but my buddy will so I can't speak for anything effectiveness right now..I will let you guys no asap..
Finally received my order from 6/20. Got shipping notification last Friday, but the tracking never worked. Either way, I came home to my long awaited package yesterday. I've been using naps for years without any problems until now. I'm glad I successfully received my order, but I still have a bad taste in my mouth about how it was handled and the lack of communication when I inquired. Love their gear, but I'm going to hold off on future orders until I'm sure they are back on track like they were he past few years I've used them.

I received an email for naps a couple days ago in which they asked me if I wanted to changed my order because the item was "still out of stock". WTF it was in stock when I ordered it in June and you collected my money then maintained that it was going to ship 4 different times and now you're telling me you don't have it? I didn't even reply I wouldn't inject anything from them at this point anyways because its probably fake as some people on here are saying. Also if they truly have a beef with customs I don't know that I would trust signing for a package from them with customs all over them. Just my opinion. I got tired of waiting and ordered from ashop got a better deal and both my orders arrived in exactly 7 days.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say customs has a beef with any UGL, not just Naps.

Yea it's hush hush but common sense tells us they already know everything it's not like they can't get the same info as us...

Checked my Shipment today and it said it was in ICS and it's been there for the past few days.... it hasn't moved since.. anyone else ever see this? I've read if it's in ICS that the package is confiscated.
Mine says processed through our facility blah blah ics. That was the 8th......
How long of a wait through ics
My original order was June 18th.. it shipped July 29th got to ics some windy city... on august 8th where it still sits. I'm very displeased.. first time ordering with naps and probably the last.
I wouldn't listen to the previous statement. Both of mine are now marked as held. The one I had that made it, it never once on the tracking said ISC. However, I am just speaking on my current experience. I am very green to this whole thing.
