Oh? literally the other one doesn't show customs at all on the tracking. This one is showing one been sitting there for 18 days and the other part has been sitting there for 7days
Have you contacted Naps? Or have you gotten a seized package letter from customs? Those are basically your only two options other then to wait.
Just spoke to Dorris and they said they need a copy of the letter or I have to wait 30 days... how long does it take to get the letter?
I contacted naps before it said "2016-08-10 05:02 Held by Custom" and they said I need a letter, which I have not received yet because it just updated, or I need to wait for 30 days and they'll reship.
It might take alittle while but naps will make sure you get what you ordered
