Geneza is one of my favorites. Got it from Naps, but as discussed, wouldn’t order now considering.
Agree with all these comments saying Naps has gone downhill. I chose them because they have a long-standing good reputation. I have had multiple orders without any complications. Now, my most recent order, over a month with bogus tracking and no items.
Add to it that the website is unable to be accessed.. Buyer be aware - I hope I’m wrong, but it’s not looking great.

Many countiries overseas are having extreme power issues right now. Their server host could be experiencing the same issue. Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, and more are almost completely powerless and have been for a little while now. Crazy times. Some are coming back but they are very behind right now
Main hypothesis is 2 solar plants became obsolete, and the extreme temperature variation messed with the interconnection.
Yes, there is an outage in Europe due to which the site is down for some locations.

Ever since the website re launch something has been off. I have never experienced the issues that I'm experiencing now with bogus tracking numbers and missing shipments. Looks like its time to find a new supplier.

I’ve placed over 10 successful orders with NapsGear in the past, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On my last two orders, I used the exact same process I’ve always used—sending Bitcoin to the wallet address their website provided, confirming the transaction through blockchain, and receiving confirmation of payment being sent. Despite this, I was told both times that the wallet I sent to wasn’t theirs.
I have clear proof: the wallet address, the amount sent, and the transaction confirmation. Nothing about my process has changed, yet I was told the same thing again on my second attempt weeks later. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now it feels like I’m being gaslit or treated like I don’t know what I’m doing.
Something has changed with NapsGear over the past two months, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend them.
That’s weird. They don’t even request the Txn confirmation or ID with me, unlike other shops. They’ve been acknowledging mine shortly after my txn is approved on the blockchain without me reaching out at all. Strange.
Yeah, that’s exactly what makes this so frustrating. I’ve placed over 10 successful orders with them in the past and never once had to provide a Txn ID or confirmation—just used the blockchain payment address from their website, and within a few hours, I’d get a “payment received” email. I haven’t changed anything about how I’m doing it. The payment cleared on the blockchain like always, and I even have screenshots showing the exact Bitcoin address their site gave me, along with proof of the completed transaction. I’ve provided all that to them. I’m still hopeful this gets resolved, but something definitely feels off this time around.

Ordered nearly a month ago, still no tracking number. I can understand long shipping, but having zero tracking in over 3 weeks is overly concerning, and I should at least know where my package is. I've successfully ordered multiple times before with Naps and haven't had this problem, every product has had tracking available within one week tops on international orders. Also a lot of products are not only sold out but have been for excessive weeks and even months. Customer service has been of no help either. Been a satisfied customer but not sure what has been going on recently with tracking, shipping, and products always being labeled "coming soon".

My tracking number finally seemed to work after 60 days. The item is now on hand with USPS and I’m expecting it within a couple days. However I’m completely dissatisfied, because although the order came, that just says they don’t scam. Which is the bare minimum. I don’t know if it’s the tariffs or what, but something needs to change. So yes you’ll get your gear as I have been with naps for some time now, but order a year in advance man.
Dang man that sucks. Yes that is the bare minimum. Summer will be over by the time I get my gear. The tracking system is useless for this source as it doesn't show anything till it basically arrives. Either way alot of people are going to be going to new sources. Naps was #1 for years and years but this obviously explains what happened to that. Good luck bro keep on keeping on!
Yeah man for the time being, order domestic items. Those show much greater success, even had something come within a week. Because USPS gets ahold of it pretty damn quick, and USPS was never really a problem. Never had to wait multiple weeks as soon as they take it. But never order international items in hopes of getting it in a month or two, you will never know.
