I don't know why the spam engines mistake Viagra spamming websites with genuine websites who happen to sell some products that may be related in some way or other. I guess those engines just aren't that smart. I find all kinds of things in my spam folder. Sometimes mails from addresses that normally end in my inbox will suddenly go to the spam folder and afterwards continue to go to my inbox as usual.

Email is one of the easiest to handle. You can set certain addresses to always go past the spam filter. I think you can access the function from your Settings panel. Otherwise here's a way to surely find it: Open an email and click at the 'More' tab at the top line above the text (where you have 'Move to', Labels,' etc.) and chose 'filter messages like this'. It'll give you the option to chose which folder those emails should go to - Inbox or another folder. Or you can simply mark them as Important, this should also make them immune to the spam engine.
