Alright, I'll try once more and express myself more correctly this time...
I had an exchange with Napsgear and was meant to respond by entering some information at a page on the website. Among the info I was asked to enter was an 8 digit reference number, but there is no such number anywhere to be found - not that I have been able to spot anyway - not in the mails from Napsgear to me, nor at the pages I've interacted with at Napsgear.net.
Now of course I have sent Napsgear a ticket where I describe this issue (and the possible issues that might follow because of it) and I am awaiting a reply. But in the meantime I thought I'd ask if there are anybody else who have experienced this and/or who can tell me anything about it, if possible how to deal with it?

Thanks for your advice, I believe I finally have things under control, though it seems to works slightly differently where I'm at from how it usually does in English speaking countries.
I've looked for FRs and Messages but there are none. Maybe it takes time for them to register at my Profile or Message page.

I just placed an order last night and received a confrimation email with a 6 digit order number. I then went and made the payment by Moneygram at a local store. When I came back home I went to my Pasgear order page in order to fill in the details about my payment but saw the first field required me to fill in an 8 digit reference number.
But I can't find any 8 digit reference number. I can't find any reference number or any 8 digit number anywhere. Am I alone with this issue?
I have send a ticket to Napsgear explaining it all, but I'd be interested to hear if any of you guys have had the same issue or know what it is about and how to solve it.
