It turned out to be the wrong digits I was told to enter (not their fault, really, there wasn't much else on the receipt that fit an 8 digit number). I received an SMS today with an 8 digit Sec. Nb., so I called the store and asked if this is also known as a Ref. Nb. which he confirmed. So I've updated the information at the ticket page and have send another inquiry as well (live support is not present at this time). But I'm optimistic things'll turn out fine.

You tested 18.7 ng/ml from 10iu's. Not bad. Was it supplier 9 or product 7 written on the kit?
The yellows i know your not using my test came back as 9.8
