-4Got a tracking number for my order 29 days ago, and it still says "origin post is preparing shipment". I think this means it hasn't even been sent to the USA yet. I would like to have my order within a month from when I order it in the least. I order it on the 21st of February, don't get a tracking number tell 10 days later on the first of March. Now I've waited another month with a tracking number and my order is still on the other side of the planet. I put in a ticket questioning where my order is at, this was three days ago and I still have no reply. Before this whole pandemic thing they were very good source, but now I'm left questioning if my 200$ worth of products that I ordered is ever coming in. Would recommend if you live the USA only using domestic suppliers until this whole virus blows over.

Ordered a month ago and the tracking number they gave me weeks ago still shows nothing but label created. They want to say it’s the coronavirus causing delays but mail is still running the same, and I still have gotten other packages from overseas this month that have only taken 2 weeks. And I made sure I ordered all from the same warehouse to ensure I got all products together.

My original order was placed two full months ago - could not send me the original order (even though the status read: handed over to courier). After much back forth about delivery issues you refunded my money in to my online wallet. Great. Disappointed but hey, that's life. Placed a new order and money was accepted 10 full days ago, yet my package is still sitting at the origin post according to tracking status. Look you guys are great, but you're not handling this situation very well. Im not the only customer who feels shafted by your response. I'm not even sure if I'm ever getting this package and I'm ready to just say forget it and order from a different source. No offense but you're not the only game in town and two months is pretty ridiculous. If you can't get the packages out, just say so...we'll respect a lot more for being honest.

I placed an order and was provided the tracking number 14 days ago. However, tracking only says the label has been created but package is not yet in the system. I have sent you a friend request here to PM you and also sent a message in your ticketing system via your website. I have not gotten a response yet.
I realize this is probably not your standard situation and this is most likely due to some disruptions in shipping due to the corona virus, however an update would be appreciated. Thank you.
