I havent used these guys for about a year as i was off the GH but am glad to say they are as good as ever.
Responded to emails quickly, item turned up about 10 days after payment.

I decided to use this supplier after being ripped off with bunk / copy product from another supplier. I found them linked on the official Hygetropiin.cn site. The whole process was quick and professional. It is great to find a good honest supplier with a great product.

I ordered from HGH-Shop on the 26th April 2016. They are not replying to my emails or contact forms and have not shipped my order. There is no telephone number either. I made the purchase based on the positive feedback from users of this site. I am hoping SHOP-HGH.com are just being slack at replying but I am concerned that I have been scammed. I will update the thread if anything changes but for now please be warned.

Very good communication by email.
I sent them an email because I was worried about how long my shipment was "in customs". They responded within 8 hours.
Packaging had obviously been ripped open by customs, but made it through... I think a little more bubble rap would have been nice.
Note that the kit does not come with sterile/bacteriostatic water, you'll need to get that somewhere else.
This is my first time buying from this source and everything went perfect. I will be using them in the future! The whole experience much easier than I expected! Great Source!

I have made more than 6 orders over the last 2 years with shop-hgh. I am very happy with these guys and and any small issues have been quickly and professionally resolved.

The communication is slow. There were days and sometimes week to getting responses to my emails. The company explained that they are very small and only 2 people man the emails so it wasn't a huge issue but sort of annoying. Their responses were thorough and professional.
Very discreet and no issues receiving product in projected time frame.
After receiving the 100iu I asked for a promotional price for long term business. This offended them and they requested I not purchase from them anymore. So my advice is that if you like the product be careful about asking for a discount as they will get offended and terminate your relationship.
First time with source and everything went perfect. I would use again for sure. The whole process is so easy.

-1Right now I have a problem here. Be VERY careful buying from these idiots, I know they are well respected but in the T&C they now say "NO Refunds" . I am now best part of a grand out of pocket now as BOTH packages were seized. I have been told that it is not their problem and I should know better buying grey market goods online. NO REFUND whatsoever, not even an offer to send it to another address. I paid over $100 just to get the HGH shipped priority DHL. That was over a month ago they just sent the next package via EMS to the exact same address and the same thing happened. THEN they stated on the site they are not using DHL anymore. I wonder WHY!¬!!
I am not happy at all.. Am gutted as never used anything like this before and needed it to try and fix my back after being discharged from the Army :-(
