I have ordered successfully from Napsgear 4 times, my 5th order got seized by customs. Napsgear has not given me any response on what they will do to ship a replacement order.
I have had an open ticket with Napsgear for 10 days now - NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I have followed up twice with absolutely no response from this vendor.
It is only after looking through their site that they have a no reship policy for Canada (and others). This is significant - it should be on the order confirmation page.
I am really disappointed by Napsgear. If the order goes according to plans - great everybody's happy. But if the order has a problem YOU'RE screwed.
If you are from Canada - STAY AWAY FROM NAPSGEAR - you stand a 30% or more chance of loosing your order AND your money.

This is a review for my two recent orders from naps. I was very skeptical at first but their communication was on point the whole way and my order arrived after 2 weeks for this first order and 3 weeks for the second but that was during their Black Friday promo which was a great deal.

Naps Gear has been my go to source for about 2 years now and it never seizes to fail.
My last order consisted of some sust witch was G2g saw some awesome gains with some bloating but it was expected. I also bought some Turinabol for after my sust which kept my gains nice and solid and I gave a bottle to my boy and he loved it.
Communication and support is always on point. Not that I never even have to communicate with them after initial purchase, since everything goes smoothly from their website
T/a is usually 2-3 weeks and it's ALWAYS desecrate! It comes in a non marked box and it's always backed nice and tight with some bubble wrap to protect the goods.

+ 4Naps-I began using Naps shortly after I started TRT in June of 2013. They offered me a much cheaper alternative to the Clomid that my insurance wouldn’t cover. I can order 13 months’ worth from Naps for what it costs for two months from my pharmacy. I decided to give my Clomid a break recently, which I had been using a 25mg/day with great results, because I am worried the effectiveness will lower the longer I take it (my test levels have dropped in the past year from 875 to 725) plus I think the lack of estrogen in my system is making my joints hurt more than they should. I chose to do a 12 week cycle of Test E at 400mg/week to give myself a break from Clomid, and to hopefully get some nice gains in the process.

I know it says something like 2-3 weeks. It wasn’t even close, usually it is, but I swear it wasn’t much more than a week after the money was picked up that my package arrived on my doorstep. Super fast this time, I was in disbelief. Package was discreet as usual.
I have used a few other sites and had decent results, but Naps has consistently delivered the absolute BEST prices and in the past, when items got held up at customs, they were quick to reship. I had no such problems this time as it arrived in 10 days or less. I recommend Naps to anybody that has an interest and many of my friends have heeded my advice and are regulars now as well.

PMs are answered with 24-48 hours. Live support is very handy and problems they cannot resolve are generally forwarded to the correct department and a follow up email is sent.
Packaging is always on point. T/A is generally about 2 weeks.
The sustanon was seized by customs and they reshipped promptly based upon tracking status. I received the reship in 2 weeks and the seizure letter a week after. As my experience has shown me, naps gear is always of great quality and the customer service is fantastic for those who are respectful and patient.
Naps-First site ever ordered from and quite possibly the only one. I have been doing TRT for a couple years with a company in the US but the costs are ridiculous. A friend turned me on to Naps and after the first transaction went so well, I made two more shortly after.

Many times in the process I used their website's 'Chat' support feature. Each representative was easy to deal with and very helpful. Additionally, very courteous and polite.
My order was fairly large, so it had to be split up into 4 different packages and shipments. All were discretely packaged. First two packages arrived within 2 weeks, 3rd arrived in the 3rd week, while the 4th was seized by customs. I notified Naps, they asked me to wait the full T/A time period and then promptly approved and resent the last package. Still waiting on it, but very confident about its arrival and their prompt attention to this package.
