I was sent the wrong HCG, I orded HCG in a blend to make things easier. II planed on taking it during my cycle. They sent me HCg+ sodium chloride which only lasts one week or so when mixxed... I wouldnt be mad, but when I asked them to send me Bac-water they told me it wasnt under reshippment and they had the right to sent me "products of equal value." Well under this case its a little bit bogus if you ask me. Now I have to deal with a bunch of bs... good products but this is bull...

Sent mult emails and talked in live chat.
I placed 3 orders and received 2 out of the 3 of them. The last one was sent back which was a mistake on the post office not naps. My second order of GP Cyp I had to trash. Every site I pinned swelled up the entire muscle injected after 1 week of injection, not right away. Then it stayed swollen for another week.
My last order was sent back like I stated earlier but every time I sent them a ticket or email I NEVER got a reply. Only time I was able to get a response was when I caught them online.
I switched to naps after finding better deals, but now I think you get what you pay for.

I never needed to use any of the communication and support features, as everything was very well straight forward and quite frankly the best website source I've ever used. I have heard nothind but great things about their communication through email, live chat(on their website), and here on eroids. They did email me every step of my order and kept me informed. They are simply uncontested in this category.
It took exactly 12 days from the time they received my money, to the day it arrived on my doorstep. I was in complete shock, as I had expected much longer. When the package arrived, there was simply no way possible of knowing what was inside. They truly know how to get this stuff past customs. Then when I opened the package, I was completely shocked by the amount of care and time that must have went into packaging my stuff. It was very securely and compactly packed. This was truly the category which allowed me to see how much Naps cares about not only their products, but about their customers as well.
I plan on using their new Andromix this upcoming Spring. I am very very excited! I entered a Naps contest with Naps. With this contest, you would upload your videos of your progress. You would explain diet, training, and gear. I made about 5 videos. I got great results from the gear. I uploaded my videos. I did what Naps told me to do....Then came the bad news. ( I knew this was a scam) They told me I could order $800 in free gear. How the hell was I suppose to choose more gear when I just ordered $500 worth. But I did on Christmas day, and the next day, it was being processed. 2 weeks later it was at my door. The reason I Hate naps is, my girlfriend cant take my libido, sexing a few times a day and she cant keep up My training partner is getting jealous of my gains, and my clothes don't fit. What would you do with $800 in free gear? I know what I am doing and what I am going to do....How can you not love a place that is willing to give you free gear, and has a proven track record of getting the job done.

-1I have shopped Naps for over Five Years my last order arrived in less than three weeks to CA the product is by HCL I gained 30 pounds of hard quality size in about 4 months. I have never not gotten what I paid for and Naps has always stood by their products. I have used Genza products in the past and have never had an issue. I have tried other products from other suppliers and have had quality issues. Never have I had this problem with Naps. I only use Naps because the quality is guaranteed, everything is what it is supposed to be. I know that if my gains are not what I expected them to be it is because of something I am not doing correctly -diet sleep etc. not the quality of the product.

delivered in time frame that was shown. packaging was awesome. never anything busted on all my orders.

-2I want people who are skeptical to know, that this place is totally the real deal. I can't tell you enough how paranoid, that I was just throwing away some hard earned cash. That being said, my orders, 2 now, have been at my destination way before the date promised.

And I'm glad I did I've been using these for 4 weeks now eod and the results are just amazing I've gained 18 lbs my strength is through the roof I'm up 90 lbs on my bench and my libido is just insane. I def missed the feeling of good pharma sustainable and these are as good as they get.
