As far as naps goes this was a great experience. It was my first order. They had above and beyond communication and emails letting me know each step of the process. This is the part that impressed me the most. When you order something from Amazon. They email you to confirm order, then order processed, then order shipped. Outstanding customer service. Well naps even did more than Amazon. I can't remember now what it was but there was even another email of the process more than that. Also I sent in a ticket asking a question before my order and they replied with overly detailed response and more of an answer than expected. Shipping came earlier than expected and within time frame. Product is legit and codes match up.
I order 1 kit of hygetropin. Wanted to test the product and naps out first.
Better than Amazon, seriously.
The packaging was really bad. It was in a normal Mail envelope. Not discreet or anything. Infact there was a small rip in the envelope and you could see the hye of the hygtropin box. But this was not naps fault at all. They don't ship it. The hygetropin people do. This should be their responsability of them and not in naps control. However the order was processed very quickly and shipped earlier than described. They give them selves a buffer but jump right on it.
If you have never ordered online before and are worried about a legit source. Well spend 5 minutes on this site and you should know that you are good to go with naps. You will get your order 100% and you will get better customer service than Amazon in the process. Stop researching and wasting your time and place the order already.

+ 1I have mixed feelings so far about naps the order went very smoothly and received my order a week earlier than promised. However I used their pre designed stack (intermediate cutting cycle) and was unfortunately unsatisfied. I at this time am unaware if I just simply had bad luck on my particular order or if the lab itself should be questioned.

No need everything went smoothly with the ordering.

Has anyone else experienced any results similar to this with Naps/ GP? At this point I don't feel comfortable with GP however will try Naps again just with a different brand. I hope this was helpful and hope that maybe I just had bad luck this time around with GP.
Napsgear is actually the first online supplier that I tried. Luckily I did my research and they seemed to come highly recommended and I promise u they did not disapoint. I've already made two orders with them and everything was exactly on point. It shipped quick and was defiantly official. I have been using naps for quite some time and truly believe they are the best source out there. This was pretty easy because of the ticket system, and the live chat features. Any quick questions I needed taken care of the live chat was handled in a matter of minutes. The ticket system was good, however, there have been times when it took a few days to get back about certain things, or one time the ticket system was down and it took them several weeks to respond. However, the packages and everything arrived on time and as promised, and they made sure to follow up. I was just paranoid until it arrived.
The packaging was discrete, and I have NEVER once had a package seized by customs from napsgear. They usually take a couple days to pick up the money, another 2-3 days to send the package, and about a week or so after that until the package arrived. The longest I have ever had to wait on a package from them is about 3 weeks but that's what you have to expect with international shipping. Overall they have very fast and effective shipping, and like I said before, I've never once had a problem with them.
Naps is the best source hands down, and I refuse to use any others. If you read this, be sure to try their generic GH as well. I finished a 6 months cycle of blue top generics with test e and went from 180 to 240 and lost a little body fat in roughly 6 months. Definitely incredible products. The staff is friendly, and they take care of their loyal customers.

My T4 Free level was .5ng/dL, which is about 6x lower than normal. My TSH level was .03mIu/L, which is about 10x lower than normal.
