There has only been one time where i actually needed to use their customer support and it was simply due to me not reading the shipping information on their site. They tend to split larger orders into two shipments and I was confused as to why I only saw one tracking number. A few days later the second showed up and there was never really an actual problem.
They continually amaze me with their speed.. It seems like their shipping time has actually decreased over time as the last package i received only took about 2 weeks from the order date till delivery.

Great communication and support. They have a chat feature on their website who you can talk to at anytime if you need support. If they are online which they are 80% of the time, you will get a respond in under a minute, I have never emailed them with questions because of this chat feature so idk how that is but im sure its good.
Very fast shipping. Ive ordered from naps many times and sometimes it would take around 2-3 wks for delivery which isn't that bad. But this particular order was very fast, about 10 days to AZ.

This review is probably over due, NAPS is my one stop for everything I use in reaching my goals. I have placed 10 orders received 9 and the 10th is on its way. The site is easy to use and navigate, products I want are easy to find and there is almost always a detailed description of what the product is how people like it and plenty of info on doses uses etc. Great deals all the time with their half off product of the week. I use that to stock up on stuff I use frequently. Lots of payment options and and the payment process is simple and safe. I have had a question or two and made a mistake or wanted to change something.....they are quick to respond and helpful in resolving the issue. This was my first order from naps and I will definitely be doing business again. I ordered 4 vials and they arrived within 12 business days in discreet packaging. I pinned the sus every 3rd day and by the 3rd week I was already seeing lean gains. At first there was some post-injection pain but it decreased with subsequent injections. After 10 weeks I gained about 8 lbs and decreased bf 2-3%. I still felt the longer esters working for about 3 weeks after my last injection so I started pct after they had worn off. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone and had a great experience.
