I have been using these guys for more than 5 years. Not once has my order had a problem on their end. Most recent order actually showed up a week earlier than promised.

Hello, first time reviewer here so please bear with me. I ordered: Sustanon 250, Clen (clenbuterol), Anastrozole (Arimidex), and Winstrol Oral 50mg from Naps. I paid via Western Union wire transfer which I admittedly was initially concerned about, however it was very straight forward and their customer service reps maintained constant contact via email. To my surprise/delight the order which was placed/paid for on 8/15/14 came in full by 8/25/14 !!!

As for the quality of the product, it was every bit of greatness i had heard about.

So combining the quality of the service, outstanding strength of the product, AND the incredibly fast delivery time, I must say that Naps is the only place my friends and I use.

I was very scepticle my first two times ordering, but everything went just as the site says. Within 3 business days funds were picked up amd I received my products roughly 2.5 weeks later.
I would definitely recommend ordering from Naps again, but would avoid the Alpha Pharma line of products. Great customer service, great transaction, mostly great products. My trust has been earned!

I made a order for acyclovir and valacyclovir, wanted to try both to see which one worked better for me.

Just wanted to say thanks to naps because the acyclovir was bunk (not their fault, they dont produce it) and naps inmediately sent me another brand free of charge, you can see they definitely take care of their customers.

I did an 8 week cycle of test prop and tbol. At first I was skeptical of the whole idea much like anyone else who would be on their first cycle. It took under two weeks to arrive which was incredibly fast considering the overseas shipping. The packaging was discreet and well kept, none of the contents were broken or anything of the sort. For weeks 1-8 I did 400mg(100mg eod) of test prop and 60mg of tbol daily. I didn't feel anything amazing in the first week but come mid second week I felt a tremendous surge of energy. I have never before been this pumped to work out. I started seeing immediate results in size and definition. It most likely was the best I've ever felt in my life. By week 6 I gained 15 pounds of rock hard lean muscle. At the end of the eighth week I plateaued at a total of 20 pounds worth of rock hard, lean gains. Napsgear has an amazing line up and does not lack in variety. They offer products from the best pharmaceuticals and at reasonable prices. I plan to do another cycle in the near future and Napsgear is the only place I'd ever purchase these from.

I've used Naps for quite a while now...this is not a negative review, as I've always found your service and product to be top notch. However, I feel like I'm being given the run around by your support staff. I submitted a ticket regarding a delivery issue last sunday. I was instructed to provide certain information, which I did the same day. My ticket was closed and since then I haven't heard a word. I've emailed several times with no luck. Today I opened another and was instructed to provide the same information I'd provided 7 days ago. I'm starting to feel like I'm just being jerked around at this point.

Again, I've always been satisfied with Naps and hope to continue doing business, but that is giving me serious doubts. I didn't want to post this to the forum, but no one at Naps seems to be interested in helping to solve this issue.

UPDATE
20 minutes very frustrating minutes with online help support. They claim they never got my reply last week (yet they closed my ticket) and claim that they didn't get the information today either. I have the email chain for both. I asked if I could provide the information to them now. No, I cannot. In fact they claimed they couldn't check to see if my information was received today. Only after asking a few times would they accept the information during the online chat session. Apparently they have to put in a reship request...which could take days and may not even be approved. Poor customer service. Pretty sure I'm never getting my stuff. I think you've lost a customer on this one unfortunately. Very disappointed.

I have been using testover e from vermodje lab at 750mg a week for the last months. No gains at all. I think this must be underdosed or even fake gear.

I put in an order for HGH and cypionat 250 opted for putting money into my wallet in my account on the 11th June. Sent in the information they needed to confirm payment, including screen shot of transaction as well as transaction ID.

I have been onto them a number of times and they are quick to respond on live support but finance department are a different story, the ticket I sent them is gathering dust. I am happy to change my review on a successful outcome, at the moment I am getting a silent wall from them with my money fading into the back ground of distant memory.

First of all big ups to naps! Order got shipped 6/16 and got it today. Everything was well packaged and looks good. I'm for sure gonna put in for another order.

I placed an order and quickly received an email with payment instructions. I then promptly made the payment as directed and I have not received any email correspondence back. I have emailed several time and also sent a message on the websites contact form. All I want is my gear and I will happily remove or rewrite this review.

This company took my money and did not give me my order. I paid $186 for some Anavar, Sust, and Nolva and paid with Moneygram on 06/24. A day or two later I received an email that says my order has been cancelled because they could not collect the money. I checked with moneygram and it shows the payment has been picked up by the receiver. I have emailed them multiple times and Napsgear does not care to honor my order, and Moneygram cannot refund my money because the funds were picked up

The experience with 1napsgear has been amazing. I have received a quality product at a very reasonable price (Especially with the 1napsgear wallet incentive - I got an extra $50 into my account). The delivery was quick and packaging was very discreet. I am especially surprised of the quality customer service. Their live chat was very helpful with walking me through my first purchase.

I originally placed my order on 02/25/15. They said the order was delayed because of the Chinese New Year. The order never came. I contacted customer service about sending a replacement order since the first order was sent back with the status "unclaimed". Customer service promptly reshipped the order which I never did or still have not received anything.
