2x 30ml Bacteriostatic Water
Excellent, emails sent when order was placed. Provided with a tracking number. Everything always goes smoothly with legitimate businesses like these...
About 14 days on average T/A. Nondescript packaging that doesn't disclose contents. Nice order invoice provided and no complaints there. The tracking is provided and accurate.
Always order more than you think you need. Who knows what you'll wanna try and dilute in the future. It's like duct tape, always have it on hand
When I paid for the order , there wasn't a payment confirmation page but up in the title bar of the browser it said success at the end so I felt like maybe the order didn't go thru so I placed another order and it did the same thing... Also no payment confirmation emails.
( 3 ) Bacteriostatic Waters
Contacted them about the issues and they quickly confirmed there were 2 orders and they would delete one of them but never acknowledged why their system wouldn't have a confirmation page or confirmation email.
Never received an email with tracking info either.
Placed the order on Friday morning at 8am. Thursday came around and I never received tracking info. So I looked at my account with them and it said I didn't have any orders. So I contacted them and I was told it was shipped on Friday and delivered on Tues, so I checked my neighbors and they said the package was delivered to them on Thursday. The package didn't have the Apt # so Fedex dropped it off at the front door of the house instead of Apt B side door... I know I gave it to them cause when they emailed me their email to me included the correct address.
Even though the experience wasn't ideal I will still order from them. They just need to get a new system that lets the customer know what is going on.

2 - 30 ml vials of BAC water.
Emailed me back within 24 hours when there was a slight delay with delivery.
T/A was great considering there was a winter storm slowing down the mail and it wasn't delivered for two days. Still received my pack in about 7 days.

Again, automated and never had the need to ask support anything.
Several day delay between order and actual shipping notification. Came in standard box like any normal merchandise.

I can't be certain they were the cause of this but my credit card info was stolen shortly after placing this order. So I can no recommend using a checking/debit card. But I do recommend shopping with them & using a major credit card so if credit fraud does occur then you can report it & the insurance will cover any loses.

Anonordered twice from these guys. Both orders were bac water and came in less then 3 days.Just recieved my second order and bac water is goid for two years. Nit sure why these guys arnt rated higher, I highly recommend these guys.

I never realized you could censor your order. If you do not have it censored the return address says mountainside-medical on it.

AnonI ordered my bac water from this source. It was easy as 1.2.3.. I got a whole case for what most people pay for two or three bottles. I highly recommend them and when I run out of bac water in five or six years I m hoping they will still be in business.

ok here is a source for bacterialstatic water and pins. they have decent prices and great customer service and accept CENSORED here in the states. i have used them and will use them again when the need arises. check them out and post a review
