+ 1It's been three weeks since I've placed my order with these guys and I've yet to receive any confirmation that my order has been sent. About 10 days after placing my order, I emailed them asking about its status....it took about 3 days for a reply just basically saying it will be mailed soon and to "be patient", no other explanations. It's BEEN ALMOST THREE WEEKS and NOTHING! I'll be sure to edit this review once i get the product and can review it's quality but at this point I'm just worried that I'll never receive my order. Stay away if you're looking for a timely source!

CheaperPharma are usually on point with responding to messages and getting packages out on time but for some reason they are non responsive and my order is still on awaiting payment. Not sure if they are on vacation or if they have been nicked but an update from anyone would be nice please.

-1As stated in the previous unedited review their was a communication breakdown but i recieved a nice suprise through the mail today, so i take back what i said althouth the process was quite slow for uk delivery within the uk i recieved the products at fantastic value.

+ 1I posted a positive review on here a while back and was promised a discount which I have never received so I would warn people not to write reviews because they might not receive their discount. The website isn;t a scam, but I'm disappointed that he didn't honour his word about the discount since I have spent hundreds on his website for products of varying quality (Signature products Test 450 are unusable for PIP). And maybe some things are more important than profit...
I would also say the checkout process is the most complicated of any website I've ever used and the delivery is slow and expensive but in their defence, they have access to quite a wide range of products which is why I used them in the first place but nevertheless, I would not recommend them.

Well all perfect, good comunication. They answered atleast 10 emails before i even ordered something.
