-1Usually great but one product didn’t arrive, I learned take photos immediately when opening save all packaging, I thought it was being shipped from another warehouse so I threw all shipping packaging away, and other issues they immediately fixed, I would be confident to spend well over a GNote with Naps they truly are the best and Great products
GREAT. I’ve never gotten PIP with there products, for years I was getting it really bad from SUST from previous places
They are great go beyond make things right, puts a tear in my eye how good they are
Very good but missed one item, but I threw away all packaging, Keep and photo everything when opening,

CrowX Test-E 300
Pharmaqo Test-E 300
CrowX test 300 crippled me. PIP was absolutely out of this world. Left my entire arm red and swollen. I couldn't even move it without excruciating pain, and I ended up at the hospital. This happened twice, because I thought I may have fucked up the first injection, so I injected again and the same thing happened. Anyway, the doctors said that it was not an infection, but they'd prescribe some if it made me feel some reassurance. Eventually the swelling and pain subsided after 3-4 weeks, but now I'm left with keratosis pilaris that formed all over the areas that were swollen. Keratosis pilaris is not allergy-induced btw, so don't even try to say that I might've been allergic, because that is 100% not an allergic reaction. Worst product I've ever used. DO NOT BUY FROM CROWX LABS. Not to mention that their vials are identical to QSC vials (there are very distinct features), which sells their test for like 10 dollars per vial. I wouldn't be surprised if CrowX is just a rebranded ripoff. I'm not sure why Naps allows this garbage lab on their site.
Pharmaqo test 300 has been amazing. I switched to it after my second injection of CrowX test, and I have literally no PIP. None. Absolutely nothing. Long story short, definitely buy from Pharmaqo labs.
EDIT/UPDATE: Naps contacted me and offered a full store credit refund for the CrowX testosterone, which I honestly was not expecting but am very appreciative!
Customer service was horrible. Every time you ask a question, they never answer your question properly. You try making your question a bit more obvious and clear, and then once again, they reply without actually answering your question.
I asked for a refund because I waited for a product for over a month, and they ended up reshipping it, even though I explicitly said that I wanted a refund. And yes, I did tell them that I wanted a refund BEFORE they ended up reshipping it. The reshipment got stuck too, and I already knew it was going to get stuck because it was stuck on the same shipping status update as the last one, but they still made me wait a whole month AGAIN before considering a refund. It took me 3 months to get a refund for my order.
Packaging is fine. It's what you'd expect from any other source, really. Discreet and packed well. Shipping doesn't take very long. 2-3 weeks on average for both domestic and international. But it seems like there is a lot of risk dealing with international shipments, given my experience with trying to refund one of my orders. Located in California for those wondering.
I did have a good amount of struggles dealing with this source, but I think the process will be smooth as long as you stick with well known labs that are domestic. This way, you're less likely to experience problems with shipping and the gear itself.

Never received
Customer service was quick to respond with contradicting information after providing two tracking numbers in two months that have showed no movement of a package.
First tracking number was created and an entire month passed before I was told that it shipped out at a different date and to wait three more weeks. Still no update, it was then said that they could tell it was caught by customs even though tracking number provided in its show anything at all. Then a random tracking number was provided, in the state next to me with no international tie, no customs, and still no movement after an additional 20 days. Customer service didn't tell me that part of the tracking is hidden so it can ship more discreetly. This makes zero sense.
I've never waited more than two weeks on the package from anywhere and I've always gotten helpful direct and accurate tracking and customer service. Pretty clear that they scammed me and are giving me run around.
Got great appetite suppression from the dragon cagrilintide. This is a new peptide that's not FDA approved yet and it's hard to find. I found it somewhere else but it was bunk. Got it from naps and it was good to go. Naps always delivers great quality on time. 10+years and never got anything less than what I expected.
Worked as expected, quality is legit.
No worries with Naps, I had an issue with a GH kit once and they gave me store credit for the product and the shipping costs. I always get a response within an hour.
Packaged discreetly arrived quickly with tracking.
Been using Naps for 10 plus years with no issues so far. All packages have came on time with a smooth process. Only one time have I missed a product after investigating they immediately sent it no questions.
This last order I got Semaglutide from Dragon.
For my wife and I. You do have to mix the BAC water yourself since it comes in powder form only. We both started off with insulin needle at .10 for 4 weeks only pining once a week then moved up to .20 for 4 weeks and so on and so forth. We are now both at .50 with great results. At the beginning you will feel nauseous as your body gets use to the medicine but that feeling has now faded for me. So far I have lost 20 pounds and my wife has lost almost 30 pounds. I don't have those late night cravings it's much easier to control how much I eat and of course exercise is always best to add in with it. Never had any pain at injection site and you can feel the product start working the very first week unlike Testosterone takes several weeks to kick in. Overall have had a very good experience with this product. Also ordered GP Test Cyp 250 for my TRT. I pin 1ml once a week and that seems to keep my levels around 900-1000 based off my blood work from my doctor. My doctor prescribes it but I feel it’s easier to buy a whole bottle then having to go back and keep getting small bottles from them every couple weeks.
I have really only had an issue one time I didn’t receive my PCT pills. After emailing them took about 24hrs to get back to me but once they investigated and I was able to prove I didn’t get it they immediately resent it no charge to me. Never had any other issues.
Very discreet packaging and my order came a week faster this last time. Usually takes 3 weeks I got the last one around 2 weeks. I always prepare for 4 weeks but it’s always exciting to get it before hand.
