Overall experience has always been good. Been using for 10 plus years. Products have always arrived in the appropriate time frame. Great customer service.
Ordered some Cialis and Viagra from Deus pharma and works wonders as it supossed to do, i already knew that brand (used it before) and usually take 20mg E3D and 60-80 mg prior meeting the girl
Customer service is out of this world! It is so incredible there is even a live chat that you can use to get answers within literally minutes no problem at all.
It actually ended up coming domestic instead of international which was fantastic. It came in about two weeks, took a week for tracking to say it moved from origin site but then after that it got to me in about 3 days. FANTASTIC delivery time and packaging was discreet, no rattling.
I am very happy with this SRC and the products they carry I would definitely shop here again

I placed an order of 3x10ml vials of dragon Pharma Test E 250 and even got a free test prop 100 added in back in January for my first cycle and let me tell you i was nervous af and remember shaking a bit when i wqs injecting myself. but after that first pin man my lifr instantly changed. from what i remeber 24-48 hours later i did feel a bit more of a drive then usual but honestly probably was just placebo knowing i was on shit. did a 16 week cycle of test only 500mg/week split into 2 doses weekly sunday morniung and wenesdsy might. thought the cycle i felt great after a couple of weeks (4-6 week mark) started notice the test kick in! the strenght started coming up week by week depsite me being at only maintnce calories some days, aggression, sex drive INCREASED THROUGH THE ROOF, delts opped everyting just filled like it should be with Testosterone .
Dragon Pharma 250 by far had no complaints despite it being my first cycle i did not really experince that much PIP vials came in sealed and unharmed. really great product and can confirm it is legit. When i was on i always helt horny, had that test aggresion and my motivation for everything increase dramatically. One thing to keep in mind is your first cycle should always be to put on size because this will increase your appetite and metaboloism by a lot. While i wat maintanince and hitting cardio daily not really strict on the diet i was till able to drop body fat from 20% to around 15%. i knew it was legit testosterone when i did start noticing some acne building up and started shedding hair but just a little but im latino and not to worried i have a fuk head of hari and was not ar risk fot balding but everyone is differrnt so make sure to have some hair supplements in hand.
Now for my personal experince with customer service it is pretty good. Napsgear has a customer service website where you can send a ticket if anything is wrong with orders, shipment, etc. After a couple days of ordering you get sent a tracking number. When i first Purchased i was able to use venmo and the instructions when ordering is pretty straightforward. overall my first experience with naps was nothing but excellent.
delivery was pretty easy, i live in a apartment complex so it got deliverd safelty to my apartment complex secrelty is a USPS box and was packed in a secure bubble wrap back fresh me to start injecting
Now i know its still UGL and not legit prescription from your jacked doctor so there is a risk of you not even receiving your package, Getting it sent to the incorrect address even though you made sure everything was still the same when you first ordered. witch is what exacly happened to me when i went to order my second cycle for a blast and cruise and even some other steriids to experminent with. but sadlly after a hefty amounf of money spend on the Gear and have not recieved my package a placed my order almost 3 months ago. at the end of the day, Do your research, get familiar with purchasing bitcoin, and pick a reputable supplier. If your are domestic order domestic to insure quick and safe delivery.

I love the Geneza line from Naps. It's the highest quality gear out there. I do my bloodwork monthly and when I use Geneza gear from Naps my C reactive protein levels are always super low. A lot of guys don't know that inferior carrier oils and certain preservatives that are used in many UGL' s cause PIP and inflammation at the injection site, but also inflammation inside your body which causes increased cardiac risk, which can be measured by a C reactive protein blood test. I've been using Naps for over 15 years. They are consistent, always have my products in stock. I've never gotten bunk gear. Shipping is fast and discreet. Customer service is professional and fast and the sales are epic. Why would you bother to deal with anyone else?
The Geneza line is the best quality at Naps IMO. They use the best carrier oils without using inferior preservatives like proplyne glycol in their injectables. I have been using their test enanthate and Masterson for a long time and they both work great. Bloodwork is always where it should be. At a 1 to 1 ratio no Ai is needed to control E2. The asthetic results of the masteron are so apparent even at 200mg weekly. Libido, mood and reaction time in sports are all noticeably better too.
Everytime I had an issue with Naps, I get a response within 24hrs. Every issue is resolved one way or another. You never get screwed. They make sure you receive the right products, period.
Never had a damaged or lost delivery. Always discreet as well.

I can’t say enough good things about napsgear. My experience has always been nothing but positive. This review in particular is for Testoplex 300mg that I bought from Naps. Domestic shipping, took 10 days from time of order to my door. Very happy with the process and the overall process.
Top notch quality. I found out I have an allergic reaction to MCT-oil based test products. So I messaged naps, asked for alternatives and they pointed me in right direction. This Testoplex 300mg is almond oil based, and I have no issues at all with it. Smooth. No PIP. Great gains. Increase in strength energy and libido. What more can I say? Up 15lbs in the first 4 weeks. Strength is out the roof.

The main reason I chose to shop through Naps is because I expected your team to step in and assist in situations like this. I’m aware that the same product is available from other sellers at a lower price — often shipped from the very same warehouse.
However, I chose to pay more for the added value of your customer service.
If you are unable to provide the level of support I expected, then I genuinely don’t see the benefit of paying a premium to order through you.

Placed an order 3/18 and 3/24. Never received either. The 3/18 order never made it out of Asia. They reshipped after 30 days. Waited another 30 days for it to get stuck in Jersey and never made it cause didn’t have enough postage on it
The 3/24 order kinda of the same thing. Never made it out of Jersey cause wasn’t enough posted on it. Just got a refund on one of the orders but have no clue which one and asked for a refund on the other. Want to order from DP again but they don’t put enough postage to get the product to the destination

I like to think of myself as a good review giver so here's my latest experience with napsgear.org. This order contained everything from testosterone to letrozole for cycle support and some TMX 375 by bio-mex for some good gains along with some sus 250 from bio-mex also and some Cialis for the ED side effect that no one tells you about before you get into all this good stuff. The gains from the sus 250 and TMX 375 are just amazing and the injections are really smooth no pip no swelling they must use a good carrier oil which would explain why it's so smooth. I choose to run letrozole for cycle support because arimidex and anastrole or how ever you spell it they just don't work for me so when it comes to any of these products you have to see what works with your body everybody is different. I had gyno set in and it was very uncomfortable for me and I tried everything to try and make it go away but nothing was working and everyone told me that letro was to strong to use as a blocker but I chose not to listen to them and use the information that I read on napsgear reviews from actual people that actually used letro for the same problems that I was having. Yet just another one of the great features that naps offers is a Q and A where you can ask fellow naps members questions about gear. Every product that you order has a spot for you to review it so that you get to hear actual results actual side effects from actual people that are as real as you and me.

Poor overall experience, I sent money over 2 months ago and have been hit with fake tracking numbers and default emails. Only thing I got was liv 52 which came immediately. The rest of the gear never updated. 30 days later they"reshipped" and now it's been another 30 days and there still stalling. $500 out the window!!!

This is an update, SRC on here was very helpful and I'm happy to say my entire order came in and looks great. I am happy with how the situation was resolved and will be using them domestic right now, because I believe the teriffs had a lot to do with it.
Napsgear got in contact with me pretty quick, they gave me back an out of stock purchase in store credit which was cool, and they touched base on all 3 orders for my peace of mind. Haven't received yet, but so far they've done an exceptional job at making me feel like they are a safe establishment to order from. I'll leave a product review after my shipment arrives, stay tuned.

+ 1My overall experience with Nas gear has been nothing but amazing. I have made 56 orders with them so far and all of them have been pretty much flawless. Even if they make a little mistake, they rectify that mistake immediately and have great customer service. Everything I order from naps has been top-notch and always gives me great gains. I will always be a nap gear customer for life.
Naps has the best quality of gear that I have ever had before. I have ordered so many different products from them, including testosterone cypionate, testosterone Enanthate, Sustanon, Primobolan, Trenbolone, Masteron, Ozempic and so many different types of growth hormone peptides and HCG. They are all amazing.
Naps customer service is second to none. Every single time I have written them a ticket, they respond to me the very next day with an answer to whatever the problem may be. They truly do look out for all of their customers and do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Great customer service!!!
I really enjoy the fact that naps has overseas labs and also US domestic labs if I want my Products quicker. When I order US domestic, it literally takes one week from my package to get here. With overseas packages, it takes about three weeks to a month, which is not that long at all. The packaging is always very discreet and gets delivered by USPS every single time.
Naps is the best gear site I have ever been on and I will always be a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!
Update, he contacted me, apparently my order was for one that's restocking, he said I can request a refund, so I did, still waiting for refund to show on my account as store credit, nothing yet.

All of their products, which they have a gigantic variety of can completely be trusted. Not only do they have a huge variety of products, but they also have a large variety of labs to choose from all of which can be trusted, and I have ordered from just about every lab that they have on their site. The results from their products have been amazing.
Naps customer service is absolutely amazing. If you send them a ticket, they will literally answer the very next day helping you with whatever problem you may have. It is so easy to order From them and I always use bitcoin and within 30 minutes, my order goes through and they ship very fast.

Have order from naps in the past and was super happy with timely delivery that’s listed by them. 3 weeks international. Have ordered twice more and have not received items both orders are now over a month out. Finally get a reply from help center for them to tell me it just got reshipped so now I guess I’ll have to wait another month to complain about this product not showing up once again. These last two orders have been an absolute nightmare and will not place another order from here again. STAY AWAY from NAPS. on top of rep on this site telling me they’d check with team about my issues and have not received an update from rep since… they are a joke.
First two orders was Geneza Pharma Test C and it’s been excellent. No PIP, blood test levels show exactly where I wanted to be at MG I was expecting. Very happy with that.
Second order was some AIs and Geneza Pharma test E and have not used either product yet.
Third and fourth order were placed over a month ago and have not received items and customer service has done nothing but give me run around.
What customer service? Yeah he replies to major reviews and comments and says he’ll get back ASAP but then you get no updates or any information back again. The help center takes days to respond and all they’ve said is my order is reshipped. Like what? I’m having to wait a month for you to tell me your just now gonna re ship my products… For tracking to show exactly the same as before and still won’t receive them. This is crazy.
First two orders I received in three weeks from date of payment. They state 3-4 weeks for international shipping. Awesome.
My last two orders are both 5 weeks now and have not arrived. One hasn’t moved and other tracking doesn’t show absolutely anything.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. They have fallen off. Use another source. This has become to common an issue with too many customers to be a coincidence anymore.

All of their products are completely top-notch. I have ordered Testosterone, Trenbolone, Deca, Masteron, Winstrol, Anavar, HCG and a bunch of peptides. All of them worked amazingly, and I will continue to order them.
Naps has amazing customer service. Every single time I write a ticket, they get back to me within the next day with an answer to whatever my problem may be. I definitely trust naps and they are a very reputable company. They always send me my packages on time and in good condition.
Delivery with naps is always Great. The shipping time is always exactly when they say it is going to be, sometimes even earlier and they ship their packages with a lot of care and I have never once received a broken bottle from them. I always feel comfortable ordering from them.
