Update: STILL haven't gotten my shit.7 weeks next week friday.actually kinda forgot i even ordered with them.was told if it doesn't show up by next week i'll be getting a reship....sigh looks like with naps you shouldn't get excited about the initial order but instead for the POSSIBLE reship? smh its embarassing for naps that their review section has turned into a "its been more than 6 weeks" thread. I actually remember when NAPS taking any longer than 5 weeks was rare.
i know everyone here are freaking out like me. but lets wait 2 more days . cuz the rep PM me saying that htey are reshipping on monday, so lets see......

My order was shipped 061611, still don't have mine either. Countdown got to zero, was told to contact customer service, had the chat window closed on me 3 times.. I understand this isn't a normal business, but there's a certain level of respect and courtesy that should be there regardless. When something is said to take 2-3 weeks, and I'm told to contact customer service.. Don't understand why CS decides to be rude.. Finally got a TN, sitting in Ukraine like everyone else. Hasnt moved in 2 weeks. I'm going to hope for the best, and will update if it comes. But as of now, def will order somewhere else next time. Nothing takes 8 weeks to ship, regardless of what it is. If the stuff wasn't in stock, thats fine, tell me that. But this is getting frustrating.
My order was shipped 060711, I still DO NOT have it. I am Not a troll, nor do I work for another source. Apparently naps has good lip service as evidence by below, I have sent numerous PMs to the site, not on here, to only have good ol William respond with "these are arriving daily, please wait another week". Tracking number? Oh yeah I have one, been camping out in ukraine, and has not moved. But yet, another arrival since my naps order, coincidence? I think not. I can only speak for myself, but no I don't have my order, the reason I have been quiet is I simply chalked it up as a LOSS of my funds and will not order again. So please Mr naps rep, excuse me from your previous comment. If I get my order I will be fair and update. Peace
So im wondering how many of these reviews are trolls of guys working for other sources, i know the outstanding orders and what is being done and there are not that many as is being posted now.
As for the site being down we did not steal from you, the site is up and running. Work gets done on it here and there to ensure its still secure for you and us to operate.
It is the weekend so i will be slow to reply to any messages sent to me since i have an outside life too that i like to live for atleast 2 days aweek.

I was drawn 2 them by thier prices, but what good r low prices if u never get ur gear?
