Seems a little less automated than what everyone else is receiving.
Same boat as everyone else. Early june order date with my tracking # never getting updated as well as automated responses from naps gear. It has been 4 weeks. Nothing yet. Damn shame. First time I have been scammed. Glad I found this site though.

I also got the same responce to my ticket.
My order was place June 8th & shipped on June 13th
Please give it another week, these are arrriving daily.

shipped on may 30th, it has been about 7 weeks so far...still no package. Im going to contact customer service again...even though im pretty sure all ill hear is the same thing ive been hearing for the past few weeks "please give it another week".
Here is the response I got today...the same as one week ago. Now I am beginning to get nervous.

I have a question for all those who ordered but didn't get their gear;
Did you order using the 90$ delivery fee with UPS / DHL or just the regular fee (which is 25$ I think) ?
I placed an order yesterday, and chose the 90$ delivery method (I live in France) I wish I'd checked-in here first.
Whats up Everybody i put an order in last week with naps and just checked my account this morning and it said it was shipped and shuld recieve it in 21 business day, ill keep you updated,

i dont mind waiting (ive read that naps take alot longer than other sites) but im starting to get a bit impatient now.. i just hope i still receive them

its been almost two months and half and still did not get my package . what they said my package been reship and the timer already expired twice . the last time two days ago , and still nothing . yes i did get my tracking number about two weeks ago by the way i order mid may . would i recommend this website ? yeah if can wait more then two months and get good and cheap gear . finally words great gear but bad shipping .

I'm in the same boat as seemingly everyone is.. "Last registered on 23.06.11 in postal facility KYIV DOPP TSEKH №2 TRANZ SEKTOR".. Been like that for two weeks now. I have opened a ticket with naps support, but of course they say to just wait a little longer. Reps on source forums won't respond at all or don't know what to do to help. Has ANYONE gotten an explanation on this problem other than "just wait it out"??? I'm tired of seeing the same old thing all the time. I think nearly 7 weeks to wait is more than enough!!
Im reading a lot of people saying naps reshipped. Did they reship when your gear was sitting in the ukraines post office for a long time or only if no record showed up. Im on two weeks at the post office supposodly and 6 weeks from the time they said they shipped it. Im trying to be patient considering people are saying 7-8 weeks is norm. My old source came through with a new site and they are at a long wait 4 weeks, usally at my door within 3 and sometimes less than 2. I ordered from them today it was shipped. If that comes first hen bye bye naps.
False alarm, I got my package last Friday and had to sign for it though. Took 5 weeks, which is pretty good comparing to most of your guys wait. I'm use to the 10-11 day wait , but I hope everything goes well for you guys.
