I have a fucking order with your sorry ass company since MARCH!!! I haven't gotten SHIT except "please wait another 1-2 weeks, shipments are arriving daily", "postal issues are fixed and orders are being run through little by little, please be patient", or "please be patient, Kind Regards, William." That is fucking bullshit. Two weeks ago, your fuckbuddy William promised me, gave me his word, that if I didn't have my order or the TN hadn't updated by August 5th, that he would make sure I get a reship immediately. Even your fucking Customer Support promised the same thing. When August 5th came and my mailbox was empty, I requested a reship and guess what??? Fucking William said "Please be patient, they are arriving daily." I msg'd back about his word and promise and all I got was "we had postal issues, but they are now fixed, orders are moving now. Kind Regards, William." Now, what in the fuck am I supposed to say or think Mr. Napsrep? You took my money, you never sent my package, you promised to reship, and now you are refusing to. You should be on here telling the truth and not trying to fill our heads with your bullshit lies. This is the very first order I have made with you and it will be my last. Has been a total nightmare. No one should have to wait for 5+ fucking months for a product. I paid you immediately and you can't even deliver my goods. Go fuck yourselves, go fuck William, go fuck customer support, and then go fuck your own asshole again. You are pathetic thieves. Eat shit and die.
its funny the naps rep said they have no sister site, but i have a order with another company that i heard was ran by naps, so i asked for a TN# for my order that i have with them and he told me to wait 15 days, and i also asked the online chat about my naps order and i gave him my order# asked about my naps order on that site and they told me packages are starting to move and gave me the same TN# that naps gave me, if the site isnt ran by naps how did they know the TN#, if you want to know naps sister site pm me.

AnonThe craziest thing is they are now offering an August sale although they claim they are not taking any new orders there is still a sale going on. I guess thats kinda like still selling tickets to a show thats been called off...What a marketing dream they have going on over there. Keep the wolves at bay even if it has been 4 months since they claimed to have shipped your stuff. No worries..you'll get it soon we promise....then we'll have a huge party and a big sale and all is forgotten.....
I am giving Naps gear a one rating not because it has taken over 75 day to get my gear have ordered 3 other times and received in 22 days. But this last one is refrigerator sensitive no good after 28 days. So i write them and ask what are you going to do and they ignore the question and you will receive it soon. So i write again say i dont care if i get it because i have to throw it away what you going to do again they just ignore the question and say it the mail you will get it soon. Don't ignore my question and treat me like i am stupid just dont answer if your going to be an ass lost my business.
That article was from 09 and after that they got up and running for 3 more yrs. My gear was in that mess in 09. It did take 4 months but they reshipped after everything was good. There not scaming us as this is a part of doing business. They've always delivered in the pass. Good luck to all.

Hey guys i am in the same boat shiped early june. The sad thing is this was going to be my summer cycle and first in six years. Anyway i have to give it to naps anytime i email then they allways repond very quick and on track trace it says its in the postoffice. They told me they are having trouble with there postal carrier. So if it really is out of there hands to bad for everybody here and naps. I am keeping my fingers cross.
I was really holding out hope for these dicks to come through but i've given up, if it shows up in 2 more months great but i'm not gonna hold my breath. It just really sucks that this was gonna be my first cycle and I had done what i thought was alot of research on sources but I still got ripped. Oh well you live and learn but i'll never use them again even if they come through. Good luck to everyone in getting your gear.
