I placed my order on April 2nd 2011. Naps tolled me he will re-send my package last July. I have not received it yet. I don't get my PMs answered either. Hey naps, if you are reading this, please confirm that you will resend my package.

Stay away from Naps. I placed my order and never received shipment. Opened a ticket and keep getting the wait 2 more weeks run around. Take a look at the ticket http://tiny.cc/l2qbe (Account numbers, full names and tracking information has been removed for personal protection.)
It appears like this point has already been beat to death, but I'll post my review of naps anyways. I placed an order and it was marked shipped 5/30. After sending numerous tickets and getting the same bullshit response "wait 2 weeks orders are being shipped from hub," still no package. Naps is a terrible source that screwed me out of a ton of cash. I am now making small orders from numerous other suppliers on this site to try to find a network of reliable sources. I'm sure its obvious but stay as far away from napsgear.net as possible.
I agree with mxarr. This is bullshit about naps getting some one his gear. So how is it that they haven't sent my gear I ordered BEGINNING OF APRIL 2011! And no one has received any thing since either. Hey naps, nice try. whatever it is your trying, even if its fuel for the fire, will not have any effect. You'r still the same old c..k su..k.ng, a.s blowing, mo.her f...er on the supply chain.
Bullshit nothing's coming if he wanted to get us our shit he would appologize and send from his new stock. It was a $500 lesson I learned from these. When they were honest they were good that was then this is now.
I wanna see pics and im curious to why these people are just now signing up becuz they received there package and never before. Starting to look a lily odd if you ask me. BUT i hope it's really real and everybody gets there order.
I decided to also make an account for the simple fact that Naps DID come through, albeit 2.5 months late. Ordered July 18th and just got it today on the East Coast. Ill probably never order from them again, however they did send the package. Good luck to all else who haven't had such luck!
I took a chance and reached out to Naps one last time. Asked what was going on and what they were going to do. I'll be happy to cut n paste the reply from "CS" but suffice to say that the message was "Not our problem, sucks to be you.:
So much for the BS rhetoric at JM.com about how they bend over backwards and take care of their customers. Not one single penny of my money will EVER go to Naps. EVER.
I decided to make a account on here to let everyone know I FINALLY received my package. 4 months and who knows how many tickets later. I had lost hope so I bought from another source but at least it's in. I don't have any rep yet so take it for what it's worth just figured I'd let u know.

I put my order in may 12th and still have not seen anything. I've sent in 5 or so tickets and the same run around just somebody with a differnt name. It really puts a damper on working out.
Things are finally starting to look up around here! Fingers crossed, only a thousand or more orders to go.Hopefully we'll see more of this over the next 2 weeks.
