Like many of you guys, my June order was delivered... Except it was to the wrong house.
NapsRep told me he changed the address to my new residence. Now instead, I got 700 worth of gear shipped to someone else (who found it, confronted me, and burned the package contents.)
Do you guys think I should go for a reship? Haha
Ordered on 7/17/2011, first order seized by customs still have not received replacement. I get a standard reply from them each time I request info.
I've posted very bad reviews for Naps a few weeks ago for not getting my item yet, but it looks like they are trying to get orders out(which is good, give props where props are due) from upto 5 months ago(who in the hell wants to wait that long). However whether or not I get my product, I say Naps should not say shipped when they know they know the product was not shipped, they say it's been shipped, wait 2 more weeks, or it has beeen stuck at the postal hub.
Another reason I've hear from other reviews is that they had to get it sent from another distrubution warehouse. What a joke. You tell me which one of these reasons is the truth. I think they were out of stock. I feel they should of sent out a mass mailing to customers or PM here that said "Sorry for the delayed shipping, we are out of stock and hopefully in the next few weeks will restock, and will send and catch up with orders when in stock", so people would at least know what is really going on instead of giving everyone the runaround with all those reasons.
So my review with Naps on customer service/communication/honesty in regards to product availablity is that they suck.
Review on gear when you do receive a product from them is they are G2G.
In my opinion because of the runaround crap I will never order from them again. But if anybody was ok with them and the runaround, and will order from them again( more power to you), they do have legit stuff if or when you do receive it.
I received a surprise package today. My June order from Naps. Test E, Test Prop, Dbol and Win. Like everybody else I had written this off a long time ago. I just hope the quality is the same. For those of you considering ordering from Naps keep this in mind......"Packages are Expected to Arrive in about 2 Weeks" :-)
(Not 4 months) I guess Naps is trying their best to win over old customers, but I won't be one of them.
I sent a message to Naps on their "customer service" site. and they sent me a pretty nasty response, mainly bc my order was only about $100 worth and i guess thats not a big concern to them. and because of that they definitely lost a customer from their rudeness and completely horrible customer service
Just received my june 22 order last night(New York).GP Anavar, GP clen, and 1 kit hygetropin hgh. Its a loss though cause the hgh is probably useless after being unrefrigerated for 4 months.
order was received on the west coast.i def wrote them off.surprise!!!

Got my late june order, still shows stuck in tranz sector as of 7-5 so dont worry about ur track number. To all the people that voted me down for saying we would get eventually please vote me up im so sick of being negative. if they told me it would have taken over three months instead of stringing me along every two weeks i would have ordered again. order is late but xmas is early!! oh if they get geneza oral tren again i might consider ordering lol
got my stuff yesterday.newer wrote it off, i knew i was gonna get it sooner or later, even made a post about it that guys like naps wont just turn in to scam like this out of such a good business.even do i did got my package i dont think i will be buying form them again as they delivery takes way to long, there is guys that delivers stuff in a week at the most for almost the same money, so why bother and wait a month.i dont know how they gonna get they customers back but i think thye will have to come up with some ideas like discount for those who waited of they next order something like 20% atleast and they realy need to improve they postal service.even 4 weeks is to long
couldnt believe it myself. my package came today...$957 order showed up after i had written it off awhile ago. ordered in early june and its finally here. dont think i will use them again but stranger things have happened
I never ordered from them before they were having problems, but i ordered 9/13 and my order came over the past month in 4 different packages... Not sure how i felt about that. But they did deliver! So can't say anything bad about orders not coming in for me. So if you order now you will most likely get your package. They're communication was pretty bad though, I would send them a ticket and I would get an automatic reply saying that the packages are all arriving in the next few weeks, when my question had nothing to do with that, that annoyed the hell outa me! But hey, they've been having some problems. All in all, in the end I got my product.

wow wow wow! i swear guys u would believe this at all! today @ 2:04pm pacific time, my order came knocking on my door! my knees got weak and i almost cried when i held all the stuff i paid for was in my hands! first thing first let me post an actual review: everything i ordered was delivered since my original inquiry on june 16 2011. package came respectable and safe. every one of my product has ample expiration date and is exactly what i paid for!
my personal openion: will i ever order from naps? honestly i dont know, i have a big heart and willing to forgive (but not forget). i am on the other hand, sorry for accusing them of being a scam, yes i do feel really bad about that! was i justified? yes after waiting for so long, it was natural to just give up hope and help others know how business is run with naps! if all the suppliers in the whole world run out, then i would consider Naps but this time knowing delivery time will take 4-5 months, but it will come and as u ordered it! thank u for ur time, it is really hard for me to say sorry but credit must be given where credit is due (that is my principle), so i also apologize if i acused any of u guys for being bogus.

AnonNG marked my shit as shipped on June 12. Nothing here as of today Oct 14. Seems some are getting small orders, but mine was not at all small and until I see my shit NG can kiss my ass. If I get my gear I'll post an apology to NG but I just don't see this order coming and read another guy with large order never got his shit either. Just go elsewhere, anywhere but NG.
