By reading some of the recent conments I've concluded that either Xmas fucked up shopping for naps or they are turning into a scam artist. I have not received an order placed 22 days ago. No response to emails. Tracking number was bogus. I would steer clear of naps until all these issues are resolved! There are better sources.

-1RoidMonkeyWell this review is long over due. I use naps because they are extremely reliable quarters always come in with the quickness I would never use any other source, ever!
Deca, test e 250, winny, adrol, bold, mastron, adex. I usually order one full and one half cycle for easy payment later.
Fortunately communication is never needed for me but the one time I did need it they were great and extremely helpful
Packages individually wrapped neatly organized and extremely discreet
Go with naps you are not regret it

Really happy with the customer service. The TB500 was not shipped (not naps fault, sounded like something wrong in China). They responded so quickly and reshipped immediately. This was the only order I've needed to contact them about. That was order number 5. Y'all got a customer for life!

+ 2cess86I placed two orders with naps. The first was on the 12th the second the 16th. The money was collected 9 days aho for the first order and 5 days ago for the second. I haave tried to contact naps several times to see what the status is for my orders and have only received one email aski g if I wanted a refund, which I do but have no way of getting the money back now. Ive spent a total of 600$ from the two orders. So if you like sending your money away and getging no response or nothing I return I recomend this site, if your looking to get gear or customer service I do not. Its xmas time and am now screwed out of 600$, merry xmas Naps, thanks for nothing.

+ 2I ordered from Naps almost two months ago. I have yet to receive my order. The first time it was supposedly shipped it was seized according to Naps. They did not contact me to tell me it was seized. After about a month i contacted them when I still had not received my package. They then told me my address may be flagged and i needed to provide a new address for reshipment. I provided a new address and it has almost been a month since the reshipment order began processing. Almost two weeks ago naps updated my reshipment order to shipped. According to the websites they provided me to track the package it has yet to leave hong kong. Absolutely ridiculous. Choose another source if you live in the U.S.

They respond quickly but the information they provide isn't very helpful. Just seems like excuse after excuse.

I sometimes try new sources but when I'm ready to go all out I go back to the man, I have never been let down in 10+ years when my first order was 500 loose Napoism lol I know just a total newbie then. More of praise than a review.

Communication is excellent as always, no less then 24 hours to get a reply back of any concerns.

Naps has always been a solid source from day 1. Since I been here on eroids naps was the first source i ever ordered from and the ONLY international source I deal with. There communication is outstanding, they have effective products, and their promos are just plain out ridiculous. There is a reason why they stay at the top while all these other sources vanished. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great gear.
First time order from Naps. Totally on point despite a major mistake on their end. Followed WU instructions perfectly to the letter and they messaged back they had screwed up and provided wrong name (off by one letter) of recipient and asked to resend payment. When I checked WU, they stated (accurately) that payment had been collected and received. Needless to say, I was not happy and felt bilked with no recourse.

Communicated with support (labeling ticket "critical" priority) and Naps got right back to me and asked me to wait for 48 hours so billing could look into and potentially resolve the situation. 24 hours into this, Naps asked for a photo of the WU money transfer receipt, to which I obliged. Without further explanation, my order went from "cancelled/resubmit payment" to being filled.
Packaging fine and all in one parcel. It made it in 7 days from day shipped (which stated 18 days). I was highly impressed.
A rocky start on this order but completely worked out by support staff. Will definitely order again without any reservation. Shit happens.

+ 1Naps does it again. These guys are the tits. Love their GP gear cause of how potent it always is and never had any pip problems with them. I remember a long time ago(maybe 3-5 years?) they just disappeared for a long time and I thought i lost the package but they came back 6 months later and delivered my package when I thought they were done for good. But ever since then they have been on point with everything and are always helpful with any problems.

-1Always have had good experiences with naps, nothing negative until now. Not really that negative but I haven't received part of my order which shipped rearly November..I still have not received 20 bottles of geneza test e. It says it was shipped from Hong Kong on 13 Nov and status hasn't changed. I am unsure of the next step I should take as I talked with naps and they have always been there but are running me in circles telling me they will reship and then they don't and say they have to wait for something..I just need to know exactly how to get my products. I have been a customer for years and have never had one problem. I'm now out 20 bottles of test e :(

This is where things get difficult. I had no problem getting a hold of NAPS. The problem was I was told my items would be reshipped and then I would ask again and I was told it was awaiting supervisors approval. This happened a couple times with them even asking me a new address for them to send my products to. I sent the address and then checked up a week later and was told to keep checking and to provide a copy of non delivery from usps. Tried contacting usps and couldn't get that. I now am unsure of what to do.

Regarding this order I didn't need to contact support about nothing. Though in the past I have had to contact them one time but they responded in a timely mannor and my issued was resolved.
Shipping is not bad. I receive my packages normally within 15 days of payment. Never had an issue with any package except for one time where the post office lost a package. Through nap support I was able to send them info regarding this and within 8 days they had sent out a new package.
will definitely keep doing business with naps. Also they offer great promos from time to time. Blackfriday I got in on a 30% off promo and now they are also currently offering a 35% xmas promo which I also took advantage of. Can't go wrong thanks naps..

Neither was needed on my end, I ordered, received confirmation, and it was on its way. I don't believe in constantly emailing or sending messages until AFTER the delivery window because it is worthless to do so.
