communication was always there as needed questions usually answered in 24-48 hours,i really did not need any communication,just put items in the cart and then follow the prompts and a couple days later i usually had my tracking # in 3 days tops.
As far as the packaging it was very discreet and actually a little hard to open up,and as far as T/A all of my orders have came in about 3 to 4 weeks of funds being picked up.
With Naps just be patient its worth it they also have a very large selection on there oils as well as orals,i will be saving up for another order from them customer service is good and the prompts it takes you through makes the buying process very simple.Thanks Naps

very quick process, no communication was necessary and received very quickly less than 2 weeks. The gear was clear and professionally packaged still in lab boxes. The shipping package was unmarked and very discrete, also filled with bubble wrap inside to ensure the safety of the vials.

Placed my first order with Naps a bit before Thanksgiving of 2015. It consisted of a year's worth of low dose Sustanon, a few month's worth of Tren E, and a few month's worth of Winstrol. Everything arrived as ordered except one ampule of Sustanon that was broken. However, Naps must have anticipated this with the way the factory packaging was, and had included two extra. The order arrived within 2 weeks time which was pleasantly surprising. To date, I've added 30lbs to my deadlift, 40 to my squat, and 20 to my bench. I don't max often and would expect these to be bumped up even more. Muscle density and hardness has definitely improved, to the point where comments from friends/coworkers are common. Measurements are moving in the right direction. Waistline is holding steady with my chest, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, and glutes seeing probably 1/2" - 1 1/4" gains. I will definitely be ordering from Naps again in the near future, very pleased with the ordering experience and product quality.

-1I ordered a bunch of GP products last year from Naps and used GP aromasin with my last cycle and it worked great, it kept my estrogen in check dosed at 12.5mg/day while running Test E dosed at 750mg/week. I love GP products.

I've been on the yellow tops for roughly 4 weeks, not really seeing any weight loss but have improved strength and overall feeling better.
Sides include aching joints and some acne.

Communication and support has been great a little tough during promotions time to get a question answers via Pm. In the past the ticket system staff was rude and no help. NAPS has since fixed that problem.

Though During order placement Communication was somehow still good!

The communication and Support is like no other with Naps. Fortunately, I have not had to communicate with Naps very often because of how well they run things as a company. The one thing that separates a good company from a great company is customer service. Naps has that wow factor.

Live his products and will be a customer for a long time! Still waiting on a pack but I'm sure if I don't receive it soon, Naps will com through!

Lots of others but these are only what ive used so cant review others but friends loved it.
Wasnt sure how to check the tracking, but they have an online chat system that works incredibly and issue was resolved in minutes.
T/A was as expected from overseas. Order is split and some arrived sooner than others depending on where it came from. 9 days for first part to arrive.
Naps is damn near like amazon...such a huuuuge selection. Basically have to search for what you want cause browsing could take hours. None of the prices are outrageous, theyre online chat is unbelievably efficient, and havent had one screw up or wrong order or missing item or anything in that matter. A+
