+ 2I have placed dozens of orders with NAPSGEAR over the past few years and have always had great experiences. On my last order there was a shipping issue, the tracking info from USPS suddenly disappeared and my products never arrived (I assume this was a customs issue, which is always a risk). Regardless of the circumstance, I filed a ticket with Naps and immediately got a response back that my claim was being escalated to management. They thrn promptly reshipped my products at no charge using a different carrier and the package arrived in the country quickly and safely. This type of service is why I will continue to choose NAPSGEAR over any other source.
Products were, as always of the utmost quality.
Trenbolone E by Geneza is POWERFUL stuff, not to be taken lightly. Started out at 200mg a week, a couple weeks in began the night sweats... anyone who's taken Tren knows what I'm talking about... My personal tolerance for drugs is low and after a few weeks of horrible night sweats and increasing irritability, I dialed my dose back to 150mg/wk and the sides became more manageable for me. The gains were INSANE tho. After a couple weeks, my strength shot up and my workouts were insane. I could lift for 1.5-2hrs a day for weeks without getting tired or sore. I did a body scan 5 weeks after starting the cycle and had gained 12lbs of lean muscle mass. This stuff WORKS but beware of the side effects, everything you've read is true.
Retatrutide from Dragon Pharmaceuticals is PROVEN by myself over the past couple years. I have ran up to 8mg a wk and lost 28lbs of body fat at that dose. It becomes extremely hard for me to eat at that dose, getting full easily and getting nauseous as well. I now run a maintenance dose of 2 5mg/wk to help keep me lean and help with my insulin resistance.
Anytime I've had to contact Naps their responses have always been extremely quick and they solve my issue rifht away.

Purchased GP400 Geneza labs gear through napsgear and I'm very happy with the purchase. I'm only pinning 40mg every other day and I like the low volume. No major pip, though a little soreness the day after but it's gone quickly. I've been using it for about a month now and have had great energy, libido, and sleep. Ultima has become my go-to brand. Fast shipping, and 5+1 deals on everything. My first time using their Primo or Var, but I've had prevvious success with their Masteron and Testosterone.
The packaging is clean and professional, with QR COA's linked on the boxes. Compared to most of the vendors, Ultima is very fast, less than 2 weeks from payment to doorstep.
The Methenolone and Oxandralone fr9m this brand are new to me, but Ive used everything else with success.
I've used Testosterone Cypionate and Drostanolone from Ultima in the past with success. Nice clean products with no PiP, and keeps my T higher than snoop dog.
Verdict isn't in on the Methenolone or Oxandralone, but if its like the rest of the Ultima stuff, I won't be disappointed.
No issues for this order, but they've refunded me and had thing resent in the past. Exceeds my expectations.

+ 1Long-time Naps customer. This most recent Stealth Labs order was solid on service and shipping, mixed on product. The Primo E tested on point and has been running great at 250 mg with 500 mg Test E. The Anavar labeled 50 mg came back at 9.56 mg. I told Naps, and they covered the testing, sent a replacement, and covered my time. That is the difference between a one-off lab miss and a bad source. I would order again.

Product effectiveness
Primo E: Effective. Matches the lab work. Smooth oil. No PIP, which I usually get from primo. At 250 mg/week with 500 mg Test E, E2 stayed middle to high end of range, where I normally run. Did the job as a primo.
Anavar: Not effective as labeled. I was using it before testing, but at 9.56 mg instead of 50 mg those tabs are not doing what a 50 mg Anavar tab is supposed to do. Compound is in there. Dose is not.
Naps did not fight the Anavar report. They covered the test, replacement, and my time.
Results
- Feel: energy good, mood even, not aggressive, not flat. Libido where it normally is on test for me.
- Appetite: relatively high. Managing it on purpose because this is a recomp/cut, not a bulk.
- Acne: perfectly fine.
- PIP: none on this primo.
- Estrogen: E2 middle to high end of range. In check.
- DEXA over this stretch: about +2 lb muscle and about -5.5 lb fat.
- Held muscle while dropping fat. Strength and gym output have been solid.
I am not hanging those DEXA numbers on the Anavar. The oil tested where it should. The oral did not.

I trust this Stealth Primo batch. I do not trust that Anavar bottle as labeled. Anyone with the same oral lot should verify before they count on 50 mg tabs.

Testo-Non-10 (Sustanon 250) by Maxtreme Pharma is a great product at a great price. Big positive is that it requires less frequent injections. Can feel an immediate jump in testosterone and it has sustained long term effects. Definitely feel an increase in energy and confidence. Appetite seems unaffected did make solid gains without very little bloat, and have seen a reduction in body fat. Did not experience any body acne. I've ran 500 mg a week consistently, administered once a week. Definitely very pleased with results and will continue ordering. I've been ordering from Naps for over 7 years, but I'll just review my last few orders.
Test Cypionate-Alpha-Pharma Healthcare- (10 ml (250mg/ml)= Excellent product. Just like the AP products i used many years ago. They come in a box and look very close the pharma grade. I like that the stoppers are super thick in the bottle.
GP Deca 300- Geneza Pharmaceuticals- (10 ml (300 mg/ml))= GP typically makes a good consistent product and this deca is no exception. Have purchased multiple times. Results are exactly what you expect from Deca.
HGH 191aa - Black Tops- 100iu kit= The kit comes in a white box, no label(obviously) and the box contains 10 small vials of freeze dried GH. The GH has been consistent in quality over the years. I've given myself a shot and then had my levels tested and there is no questions whether these are legit. I had to stop taking them years ago bc of the pain i was getting in my hands. Not everyone gets the pain, but i've found keeping my dose under 3iu/daily seems to be the sweet spot for gains without the carpal tunnel type hand pain

Customer service has always been responsive when I’ve needed assistance. I haven’t experienced many issues, but when something has arrived damaged, they’ve addressed it and replaced the affected item without giving me a hard time.
These days w/ the ease of buying/sending BTC ordering from Naps has been a breeze and only takes me a few mins.
Shipping time depends heavily on where the order originates. Domestic orders have sometimes arrived within a few days, but has taken up to a week. International orders typically take around three to four weeks, although sometimes i'm shocked how fast something arrives. Over seven years, I’ve occasionally received a broken bottle, but that has been the exception rather than the norm. Anything damaged in transit has always been replaced.

I have used HCG after strong cycle as a kickstart my testicles.Wanted to use it at lowest as possible dosages so went for a 1500ius every 3 days and upped it after a week to 3000ius.
The product efectiveness of this product was phenomenal.I wasnt expecting this much magic but after couple days my sack was full and came back very nicely.
Felt better during sex with harder d. also.Knew its not gonna be without side effects.There a were a lot of headaches, extremely high estrogen with puffy chest and some fevers during nights.Pinning was smooth with no redness no lumps so very happy with quality.Was mixing it also with bact.water from Deus Medical.

My most recent orders have been GP Deca 300, and GP Anadrol 50 as part of my bulking cycle alongside Test Cypionate. Have not had any issues with the Deca so far, no pip, strength has been steadily increasing as I've added anadrol back in after taking 6 weeks off from an 8 week cycle. As far as the anadrol, I have no complaints and many props to give as I was able to put on a solid 12 pounds of lean mass in those 8 weeks of use.
Customer service is always on point, have never had to reach out to them besides once the first time I ever purchased from Naps, they were quick go respond and resolved my issues and answered my questions promptly.
Delivery is always on time and even earlier than expected. My experience with NapsGear has been very positive. Everything I’ve used has performed as expected, and I’ve been impressed with the overall results.
Product quality has been excellent. I’m currently using testosterone at 180 mg per week with no PIP or acne. Libido, energy, recovery, and sleep have all improved. I’ve also worked up from 2 mg to 6 mg per week of Retatrutide and have lost about 40 lbs. I recently started BPC-157 at 400 mcg per day, so it’s still too early for me to judge the results from that.

There have only been approximately two occasions over the past 10+ years when an order took substantially longer than usual to arrive. In both cases, I contacted support, received a prompt and polite response explaining possible reasons for the delay, and the orders eventually arrived safely and complete.
I’ve noticed that some other reviews mention packages not arriving. That has never been my experience. With international shipments there can obviously be circumstances outside a vendor’s direct control, such as transit problems or customs depending on the destination, but I’ve personally never had a consignment fail to arrive.

Product quality has been one of the strongest aspects of my experience with Napsgear. I’ve used products from numerous brands over the years, including anabolic steroids, SARMs and peptides, and I’ve never personally received anything that I considered poor quality, defective or unsatisfactory.
My most recent order in June included Test E 300 from Magnum Pharmaceuticals. I was initially a little unsure about this particular brand because I found that the vials didn’t open quite as cleanly as some other brands I’ve used. However, the actual experience with the product has been very good.
I noticed an increase in libido within several days, and I could clearly feel a difference after increasing my previous testosterone dose from 200 mg per week to 300 mg per week. I’ve also noticed increased strength and lean muscle gain. Across my recent orders, my body weight has increased by almost 5 kg while my body fat has slightly decreased, accompanied by a noticeable increase in strength.
I did experience some PIP with the Magnum product, which I don’t experience to the same extent with some other brands. I don’t personally regard this as an indication of poor quality, as there can be various reasons for differences in injection-site discomfort between products, including differences in formulation or carrier oil. In my experience, the product itself has performed very well.
I’ve also previously used MK-2866 from Dragon Pharma. I noticed an additional increase in strength and libido within several days of using it alongside my testosterone, which was a noticeable difference in my personal experience.
Another previous order included Dragon Pharma Melanotan 2. I experienced the effects I would expect from that product, including relatively rapid tanning with short periods of sun exposure and some of the expected accompanying effects. I experienced slight nausea/uncomfortable stomach sensations initially, which subsided relatively quickly.
I’ve also previously used PT-141, and this has probably been one of the more convincing product comparisons I’ve experienced. I had used PT-141 from another source previously, and the Dragon Pharma product I received through Napsgear was noticeably stronger for me. I was able to use less of it while achieving the same or greater effect than I had experienced with the other product. That gave me considerable confidence in the quality of the particular product I received.
I’ve never personally received a product that I considered obviously underdosed, defective or of poor quality. Products have consistently arrived sealed, intact and as listed, and my personal experiences with their effects have generally been very positive.

Very effective, this time it took a but longer to come on and kill the food noise but it did it. I have been on the cycle now roughly 60 days and have lost about 20lbs or 10% BF @ 4.5mg split twice a week.
As usual, quick response to any questions I had during the ordering and shipping process. Couldn't be happier. These goes know their peptides.

Products: I have used several - from DragonPharma, GP, XT, Omega Labs, and TSG Labs just to name a few. Mostly using Test-Cyp, but I have used several peptides and orals - and I have not had an reason to believe they were not legitimate.
My dosing ranges from the products - but standard - 200 Mg/week on cypionate products and the TSG labs compounded peptides, were at dosages of 2mg-5mg per week. Again, ZERO issues, no PIP, no acne, no unexpected results from the compounds.
Test - Cypionate - XT, GP and Omega Labs. 200mg / ml. LOVE these. Each are frequently either BOGO or heavily discounted. Zero pip or sides that would cause me to believe the product is not legitimate.
Titan 400 IS AMAZING.
All of their sustanon products, are also a great addition to any TRT cycle. I get labs done very 3 months and from being on TRT for 5 years now, my labs are within range in every category even with heavy cycling of other non traditional TRT compounds. This doesn't happen when you get fake gear. It's a huge relief knowing I can go online, order and have it delivered without any issues or concerns of quality or nagging.
