I placed my most recent order on February 9th of 2024, got payment confirmation on February 12th, and was told my package was shipped on February 18th and received a tracking number. The tracking updated 2 days later on February 20th and has not updated since, it is now March 22nd. I reached out via email and even opened a ticket on NapsHelp as they instruct you to do. No response. I commented on a post in this forum lightly stating my issue, and the admin responded asking for my order number and ticket number in which I replied, but no response still too this point in time (you can scroll down and see my comment on the post a few posts below this one). They do state that they do not look into problems with orders until 30 days (which is a ridiculous concept to begin with but somewhat understandable because of customs); but its been well over the 30 day time frame. At this point, the update on my order where it's supposed to say the estimated delivery time literally says "Feel free to contact our Customer Care Center if the package has not been delivered yet." That's exactly what I did, but like I said, still no response and still no package.
As for my past orders, I have ordered from NapsGear 5 times prior to this one. 2 of the times was a smooth transaction and I received my product within a month of paying for my order. The other 3 times were headaches, similar to this one. Customer service doesn't seem to respond in a timely matter whatsoever. I have absolutely never received a package within a month of ordering it. I have also never gotten a timely response when reaching out to customer service; its always up to a week before you hear a word back from them, if you're lucky enough to hear anything back at all. I was very confused how they were able to see my random comment on a post in a random forum, but did not see my official ticket request on their help site, nor did they see the email I sent? Very odd.
I will update this post if NapsGear reaches out but as of right now it looks like I'm out on a $500+ order.

I used to use Naps often in 2016-2018 but backed off while they weren’t active on Eroids. I jumped on the most recent promo to try them out again and the service hasn’t dropped off one bit. Overall I’m very satisfied.
I’ve been using Ultima Semaglutide from another top source with excellent results for the past year and picked up 2X Ultima Semaglutide from naps during the most recent promo. I’ve been using for roughly 1 month and there has been absolutely no drop off.
They always respond politely and within 24 hours.

It’s been a great experience using the products offered by naps. This will be a very basic review. I’m off cycle right now and decided to participate in their recent promo from their sexual performance line as well as some sleep aid for myself and believe it or not, nasal spray for my children.
Decided to pick up a good amount of kamagra gel packs. Look, as I said I’m off cycle right now and let’s just say the erections aren’t as full or frequent as they were. I take 1 or .5 of a gel pack whenever I fell in the mood and these doses are sufficient enough. I had a guy try one who was on prescription Cialis and he prefers kamagra gels over cialis. 45 minutes prior to the event is an ideal amount of time to feel stimulated. Here’s where kamagra really shines, I’ve been using half a dose as a preworkout. I’ve been having problems with energy drink lately, been feeling out of breath or short of breath and have had difficulty sleeping. I need a form of stim but perhaps not an energy drink. I’ve seen several members on here suggest using ED meds as a preworkout and let me inform you, I’ve had the best most effective workouts on kamagra. Strange right? No headaches or any unwanted side effects other than a full erection which is always welcomed by my wife.
Any time I’ve had issues, I’m answered in a swift and timely manner.
About 17 days which is phenomenal considering the issues international sources have been experiencing with shipping.

- publish false comments on sites and forums dedicated to sport and mainly targets posts and topics concerning people looking for reliable and cheap suppliers.
- when placing the order (02/24), the process is quite responsive with rather rapid confirmation of receipt of payment. Then as stipulated, in less than a week, a tracking number is requested from the carrier and sent to you (04/03).
The problem is that at this level nothing will ever evolve. The tracking of the package will never be updated because no package will be delivered by the seller. It is therefore only a fictitious sending. Kind of like ordering a pizza but never picking it up.
- in the meantime, for my part, the exchanges with the seller to explain the situation are fluid but formatted. We remind you that as stipulated in their processes, no request or complaint can be processed within a period of less than one month from dispatch. Package which I remind you was never delivered to the carrier!
I will update my comment here and on other sites where I can inform as many people as possible to inform you of the evolution of things, whether favorable or not! To be continued…

For the moment, standardized but regular responses which do not explain to me why my package has not left. And who asks me to wait a month before making a complaint.

There isn't a lot more to say here about how great this Lab is that I haven't already preached before time and time again, everyone who's ever tried them knows how high the quality, packaging, results are with it. Again its basically Pharmagrade level gear produced in a proper manufacturing facility based in India that is perfectly legal and above board, they have to export it out of the country and are not allowed to sell it there though thats the only Law they have to adhere to. So this means its not a lab that has to fly below the radar as such in case they get caught, so the environment in which the products are made is not being dismantled and relocated regularly so you would imagine the production facilities to be as high as they come.
As with all the oils currently - everything comes in 1ml Ampoules and normally when drawn out always comes to 1.1 or 1.2ml in reality lol The NPP is brilliant quality, I tend to just run it at 1 Amp ED for ease of measurement and use rather than faffing about measuring strict volumes. It gives great strength increases and every time I use it and brilliant joint lubrication and comfort.
The DBol injectable is still very strong and effective, if you do it the day before a pressing session you can literally feel it when lifting the next day its that quick and potent. Really helps joints alongside the NPP too as well as rep energy and power. I've never dared try a whole amp at once so just tend to halve them, this often ends up that one day is 60mg and the other is 50mg because of the total volume of each amp. On the bigger of the days it can make you feel quite edgy if you aren't use to it so you may like to split it into thirds to make it more tolerable overall.
The Anadrol 50 is my current favourite compound from Deus atm, its simply brilliant! Normally with Anadrol it simply makes me feel shit - I get this horrible cranial headache, loss of appetite and general depressed feeling. With these things you get absolutely none of that at all, you take one and get the usual BP rise instantly, but none of the horrible side effects ever occur. To be fair you don't even feel any different to what you were and when I take them I forget I have one in me quite often. My appetite stays strong and I just keep feeling positive and upbeat, something that just never has happened in the past on any of the other Labs I have used. Sure things often start off good on the first tab you try, but then on the second and third the sides usually come in and get worse as time goes on. With these it just never does, just feels like prescription grade Anadrol or how I would imagine it feels based on others experiences. If anyone else who loves ADrol is doing a Deus order I would highly recommend you get a packet of these thrown in also given they are so damn cheap to see what you think.
Ordering process is very simple, just choose the products on the website and wait to receive the tracking number once it has been sent off in the post. Whenever I have asked questions in regards to a products availability or restock I have always heard back within a few hours of asking the question.
Everything arrived very quickly, with it being a promo there is a slight delay with them waiting for close of play on the promo ending, but once the order is dispatched to Deus its sent off very quickly. Took 3 days to reach me as their warehouse is located fairly near to me in the EU so very quick in that respect. Everything was packaged in top secrecy as it always is with Deus stuff.
The only thing I was slightly disheartened about and I know its not in anyway Naps fault, was I was eager to try out another Lab they stock as I had been watching their product inventory for quite some time. It was Europharmacies gear that had caught my eye but was told they are not delivering to the UK which I found strange as they are 'Euro' based lol Turns out its the case with every source stocking them though :-(
Aside from that everything was great as it always is these days with both Naps and Deus labs, it would be nice to see Naps get back into the Top 10 again soon

+ 1Naps gear has been time and time again my go to for probably about 8-10 years now. The products are grade A, every brand, the customer service is unmatchable with their live chat option, every order that has either came late or not arrived I got a free reship no questions asked, and their prices- WOW. I feel like there’s promotional pricing 24/7 365, you really can’t beat naps. I will never go anywhere else.
Dragon pharma-
Aromasin- reduced bloating from test and never got any estrogen related side effects. Minimal acne despite being on test cyp, emotions kept well in control showing the estrogen is being kept at bay. Fully effective.
Nolvadex- take 20mg twice a week for prevention of gyno, I am very prone to gyno so this is extra prevention but it works like a charm- never got any gyno sides while on this regimen.
Clen- real deal Clen- gives you all the sides you LOVE with Clen and I’ve seen noticeable body fat loss with minimal to no dieting and minimal than I’d like exercise.
Test cyp- feels like script test. Cruising and only using 1.5 ccs once a week and I’m still able to maintain the majority of my blast body mass and leanness. This is some amazing quality cyp.

+ 1Not very pleased. I placed an order for three vials of TSG labs Test C. It was delayed in shipping and when it finally arrived the vials were not labeled. I imagine it would be pretty easy to get unlabeled vials mixed up with other substances. I emailed Naps they responded with “the fulfillment” center said it was Test C. I attempted to post a review on their site and they declined it. I guess they only allow the best reviews. I then received an email saying to email customer service and they would reship the order and the response I received was again “I received Test C”. I’m just not sure about using an unlabeled substance. Either way TSG just saw its last $ from me.

Clear vials with no labeling. Not good

You can anything you need on their website. Their shipping is top notch. Haven't had an order confiscated in years with their new system if shipping.
Dragon Pharma 270. This has been my new favorite. I was taking the sus 350 from dragon pharma but they discontinued it. I then started taking the para pharma 350 to stay big. Ended up trying the dragon pharma 270 and have to say that it keeps me leaner even if I don't have to work out sometimes I feel like the gains just stay longer. The usual PCT with clomid nolvadex and HCG. We know how to take those. My favorite oral is dragon pharma or para pharma turinabol. Keeps me pumped and gets me hungry and motivated to hit the gym all the time.
Didn't need to reach out to them since everything went as smooth as possible. I do appreciate the free gifts they send anytime you order dragon pharma.
Always discreet packaging and no hickups in the delivery method. Extremely satisfied.

+ 1I have been dealing with NapsGear for almost 10 years now. The products are of varying quality and some are likely incorrect (such as female var being dbol instead) but they are just a selling not a source, so just switch sources. The source I have been using for the last year or so is Pharmaqo since I heard they use MCT oil. They have been good quality so far.
T3 - I ordered some t3 to help with a cut/recomp. Dosed it at 50mcg per day. Good energy even while dieting. I'm not sure why everyone says it canabalizes muscle. For me it just gives clean energy and makes my body more insulin sensitive. For that reason, it seems to "eat" the bloat but that's not really muscle. Then again, 50mcg isn't exactly a high dose. Loved it at this dose and plan to order more.
ETT500 - This is a blend of EQ, Test, and Tren [200,200,100]. First time I've run EQ in a long time and I have to say I missed it. Ran it at 2cc a week (so 400eq, 400test, 200tren) and put on some decent size and strength while staying pretty lean. At this dosages, I needed some HCG to keep estrogen high enough for a good libido. Probably since Eq has a decent AI effect.
Didn't have to use them.
Packaging was discrete and came on time
Next run I'm going to add 300eq (because I like the eq look) and 200tren (to hopefully make the body more sensitive to estrogen like DECA does). It's broscience but we'll see.

+ 3My overall experience with NapsGear has always been great. I have now placed many orders with them throughout the years and have yet to have a bad experience with ordering, shipping or products. This last order was no different. Top Notch service at its best
This time I went back to an old favorite...Geneza Pharmaceuticals products since I have used them in the past and felt I received very good results with none too little negative side effects.
GP Test Enanthate 250mg and GP 300 Deca Durabolin . I decided to give this a try because of the test and deca mix. I have previously taken low dose deca to help with joint/hip pain and I do feel it helps. The 300mg/ml is a little more than I would usually take for joint pain relief but I probably saw some added growth and weight gain. I think the 250mg/ml of test is the minimum dose I like to take so I kept it at 1ml/week total.
GP D-Bol 10 50x10mg tabs . I just really enjoy D-bol and think its great to kick start a cycle. I can notice the positive effects rather quickly, strength goes up noticeably, muscles feel fuller, and I seem to have an overall sense of well being and good mood. I keep it low at 20mg/day these days.
I feel the results of this small cycle were pretty good. Positive effects were noticeable increase in strength rather quick, positive effect in my mood in general, stayed pretty lean with no noticeable fat gain, on the scale I did appear to go up over 10lbs and I was not really trying for weight gain, and I did appear to gain size. It was more than I had expected though probably due to the extra D-bol, I kept the dose the same but extended the time taking it.
I did also take an GP anti-estrogen along with the D-bol.
Customer service was great. It is rather simple and straight forward. I will say the website is very easy to navigate and find exactly what I want. Does not get much easier. I was kept informed of what is going on, if i needed to do anything else or if the order was on its way. I don't think I ever had an issue with any of my orders.
It came nicely packaged and could not tell the contents from the outside. Everything was there and intact, no damage. Received tracking number with in 4 days of processed order. Package in less than 2 weeks!!
NapsGear has earned my respect and repeat business. I am a big fan of the Geneza line of products, everything from the labels and boxing, and they have premium quality products and the low price allows me to really stretch my dollar. Would not hesitate to order again and again!!!
