My comment for Columbus Day promo has been thwarted. Would you like me to unsheath thy sword and cut your chance of a promo to ribbons? Ok that was weird.
Biggest discovery has been surprising myself at not only how disciplined I can be, but how good it makes me feel. In prior years working out was a chore, now it’s essential and immensely enjoyable. I honestly thought was just gonna have force my way through this process, but it comes easy now.
Food is fucking EVERYTHING. You can be training your ass off, blasting grams, but if your food isn't locked in your gains will be mediocre at best. And no amount of gear can compensate for it, especially in the long run.
The biggest discovery I have made in myself in my fitness journey has been that I have always been in control of my results. What I mean by that is my fitness journey has been losing 151 pounds over the past 2 years, while losing very little muscle mass in that time. I am in my mid 40's and for years I always felt like I had an issue with my metabolism, and I attributed it to stress, aging, doing crazy diets back when I wrestled, eating less than desirable foods, etc. But after getting onto GLP's and experiencing for the first time the reduction of food noise, a lot of things became clearer to me. I was thinking that my issue was coming from within my body - and I discovered that I am in control of what goes into my body. That may not make much sense to some - but for me it was a big turning point because I have never felt more in control of the results that I get week after week than I do now that I have training dialed in, working with a coach to help me progress, came off GLP's, and am still maintaining control of the fuel that goes into my body. I used to think that more working out would equal better results, and now I am firmly understanding that the diet is as important, and for me, even more important than the workouts. So that has been the biggest discovery for me.
Hi, I would like to join your promo. I meet all the requirements and i can provide a review and blood work.
My biggest physkcal fitness discovery was finding out that theres a lot of natural fitness that we take for granted. Seven years ago, cancer and chemo completely knocked the wind out of my sails and wiped out my baseline fitness. Coming back from that has easily been the hardest physical battle of my life, where even getting through basic workouts felt like an uphill grind against heavy fatigue. But step by step, I’ve kept pushing to rebuild my strength and reclaim my body, proving to myself that those treatments didn't get the last word and that I can push myself to be better than I was before I had cancer and before I sat in a chemotherapy chair for 4 months.
My biggest discovery is to be grateful for the little things in life. You never know when it’s your time to go, you never know when your clock will stop ticking. So take the time to be grateful for the things you do have, your family, your health, that special someone in your life. It can all be taken away from you one day, so live in the present moment always and not the past or the future, live in the now.
My biggest discovery about myself since getting back into shape was all the negative bull shit I had spent 10 years prior believing was all bullshit. The lack in motivation, the woe is me, the im not worth its were all just bs thoughts of feeling fuckin sorry for myself.
Fuck that, im down 68 lbs, can lift more than I have had even when I was in way better shape. Getting bsck into shape has changed every aspect of my life as a father, a husband and my own mental wellbeing.
My biggest discovery is that I really need the gym in my life. For my mental health alongside physical health. And during stressful periods or time away, it's easy to forget what an anchor moving heavy stuff is.
My biggest Discovery about myself is that I'm definitely stronger and more disciplined than I ever thought possible. I spent nearly 40 years eating unhealthy and not exercising because I somehow convinced myself that I didn't either, have the time to do it or that it just wasn't worth it. To anyone reading this, just know, it's never to late to start and no matter what you think, it is most certainly worth the effort to start bettering yourself.
Biggest discovery I’ve found about myself in my journey is I’m never happy nor content.
I’m 1000% more appealing physically since I started the gym, the steroids the better eating.
Yet I’m still not happy with what I see in the mirror.
The biggest discovery I have made about myself is learning to be patience and everything in life takes time.
I’ve learned how deep down I can dig and really pull out the will and motivation to keep pushing myself further.

My discovery is that I’m a hyper responder to medicine/gear especially with pharmacom and pharmaqo.
