+ 3 Umbilical hernia fixed after 13 years of lifting
After 13 years had my belly button fixed and kaiser did a very good procedure, it was my intestine bulging out of my belly button from all the years of lifting heavy just made it worse and worse now I have been 3 weeks no lifting and things are getting better, gonna start lifting in 2 or 3 weeks, not as bad as it looks, my belly button looks more normal every day, already feeling im back 75% gonna take it easy but, got some gh on the way to help speed up my recovery sitting now at 191 probably 16% fat, but going to take it slowly feel like the Boulge that used to pop out on heavy lifts is gone,feel much better cant wait to go back at 100%, the doc told me they put a double mesh between my belly button And intestine I should be back to normal very soon, love you guys

When I had a triple hernia done I was down for quite a long time. I tried to go back after a couple months and almost anything I did made me feel like by abdomen and sack were gonna rip open. Re injuring yourself will get you no where. Balls turning purple and swelling up when you start ripping is pretty scarry, Be careful.

Why did you wait so long? I had an inguinal hernia, drove me absolutely nuts until I got it fixed,.
swole o clockI know should of done that shit right away, but just recently it got the point, where I couldn't deal with it no more, so went in and got it fix, was scared I was going to pay that shit out of pocket, but thankfully only payed 250 and surgeon was really good.
Hope it all works out for you. Just take it easy for a bit until fully healed,.

swole o clockThanks brother im 4 weeks in feeling much better and looking much better, without insurance this would of been 26,000 dollars with insurance i only paid 250, thank God for good insurance.
Unbelievable that you get charged to fix something life threatening like that - here you just go into A&E and they would give you a date to come back and get it operated on free of charge. Same with heart operations etc.
