Picture are from 2018 to to the recent pandemics, fluctuate in weight as been insane, finally back on track, also asset a goal to do a show in 2021, we need to get back the ball rolling, 2021 is going to be a big year. I'm startinting at 5 6 and 195 right now, objective is to drop at 176 with 7% body fat, going to be alot of work in the common weeks but we are warriors of iron, this is what we do all day, CHEW THAT IRON!!!
