wow. you look great! you are so fucking lean man, I mean damn. I gotta give you props on the conditioning its very difficult to get that lean. Nice work!
Novice or open ? Below you said you were 213 onstage. In your other pic you said you missed the light heavyweights by 2 lbs. LHW cutoff is 198 in open. So we're missing 15lbs somewhere but either way great transformation. At your height, whatever that is, if you can close that gap between 200 & 215 with the same conditioning you can do some damage.
The other pic was from my last comp, 1 year prior. I did open in both shows and managed to add 13-15 pounds of stage weight. I'm 6'2 so I need to fill up and compete at around 220. I'm competing in 16 weeks and I doubt I'll get the 220 I want but I'll def beat that conditioning.
Dude 13lbs in one year is amazing! I'm 6' so I feel you brother. I think you'd agree we've got to be 250+ to do damage. Maybe in time. 220 would be nice bro. Keep up the good work!
Thanks. Crazy thing is I set a goal of 15 and barely missed it by 2 pounds. I'm 235 right now and 100 times leaner than last prep. So I feel good about 220. But I 100% agree...250 is what it would take for the national level. Got some growing to do.
Thank you. I appreciate the kind words.
I start every prep with about 60p/30c/15f per meal for 6 meals.
After a while I cut the last meal out.
Then I take carbs out on non training days
Then no carbs every other day
For this prep I went full keto 60p/15f per meal at 4 weeks out.
15 minutes HIIT post WO and 20 minutes HIIT some mornings
Nice man, i love how people think that steroids will make your body transform like this. True steroids help but this level shit right here is mostly a game of dieting and training. Amazing recomp bro. I sent you a fr i would like to pick your brain about something.
I'm prepping for my first comp, with my first tren cycle. I have to say, it's really exciting to get up every morning, and see more definition, without losing weight.
Wow man sick transformation! Hard work and determination right there

Wow! It looks like you made some gains while cutting.
Thanks! Starting weight was 240ish and stage weight was 213. I did add some size. Strength was crazy too.
