Pic from my last show. Missed light heavies by 1.5 pounds. FML! Ended up placing 3rd in the open heavies. Gonna come in 15+ pounds heavier next year.
Got all my oils from Pctlabs (my regular source was on break), and ALL my orals from AA.
Unfortunately PCT is no longer here.

AnonQuestion; your chest separation that you possess is not desirable to the judges right? I know it's nothing you can do about it but I just see it as a flaw. How do the judges rule on this?

That's a veracose vein. I've had it since I was a teen.

Thank you! I've done all my shows, no HGH and never ran slin before. I introduced them both after this last show and my body is loving it.

Thanks. Still on the small side though. Been more aggressive this offseason with gear and diet. Already up 20 lbs heavier than last offseason and I still have more than 1 year for next comp.
