6ft tall at 212 is believable. If you did that in 12 weeks then you busted ass big time. I dropped a crapload in 12 weeks.

I was eating 5 - 6 times a day of really clean meals & training hardAF. No protein shakes meals though! Those things give me the shits & I can't gain weight on them. Even the supposably high quality ones!

Was mostly muscle memory! I had been upwards up to 230 in the past, but had really let myself go & had not lifted or ate properly for a longtime. As soon as I went full force & ate alot of clean foods my weight came back real quick.

Ahh So your muscles have a 'memory' do they?! Lol When I first started lifting again after years off regaining all the strength I lost was just as slow and hard to put back on as before, none of this magical memory stuff.

Knowing how to perform the exercise correctly and the appropriate number of reps/sets to do in terms of whether you are looking to build strength or mass - Yes. How to eat and sleep to get the best recovery also you already know how to do the best, but all this talk of 'muscle memory' to me is pure bro science that I think people just like to believe exists. Muscle grows in accordance with the conditions it has at the present time, not some distant memory it has from 10 years ago.

Have to disagree with the muscle memory thing.
It took me a few years to get where I wanted to be physique wise. After a relapse and dropping to around 63kg, once I was on a script and feeling somewhat normal again, started training and what originally took me 3 years happened in around 6 months. While natural and on methadone.

I've relapsed about 8 time's in the last 15 years, using gear gets me their even quicker.

I thought that was the norm. As in muscle memory been a real thing. Not looking to argue or anything, just saying how I've got back into shape. Tbh, if I had to do it like the very first time over again I'd probably not bother at all, it was a hard old grind.

Glad to hear your currently doing good on your recovery! 6 months is an amazing time frame to get back in shape natty! I had to train like Milos w/ giant sets & a bunch of gear to do it in 3! Have you looked into ibogaine to keep from relapsing? One of my friends kicked the habit going on 5+ years like that! I'm a recoved addict too! Clean from hard narcotics since 2003 w 500 hours of rehab classes under my belt. I love hearing other success stories. God Bless

Believable, but it's like those old cybergenics pics from the 90's. Pale, shoulders pulled back, pushing gut out etc... Look, you look good, you do. But it's not really presented well. Just my opinion. Like false advertising or something?

Actually, It's very similar situation to that old Cybergenics thing. Franco Santorellio took pictures after taking time off & doing drugs on the Jersey shore! Them got clean & trained hard with muscle memory & took pictures jacked up. I also took a long time off & lost a bunch of weight before I started. I had muscle memory because in the past I had already weighed 230 before. Kind of similar... Weight came back quick once I got serious aboit the iron game again. I've been up and down many times in the last 25 years.

Not comparing myself to F.S.; that guy is amazing. Just saying I had a muscle memory response on rebound to getting back into training. When I took time off I was only eating once a day, working construction, ect, ect! When i jumped back in full force I responded well.

So why? First pic you're white and purposely taking a pic with your body at an unnatural position, second you're tan, joints and pose much more favorable for the camera. Listen man, I'm actually pretty green here, last thing I want to do is piss of a SRC, even though I'm loyal to mine, a man never knows... Regardless, your two pics, and again you look good, but nothing I'd expect from medicinal protocol. I preloaded for one week, my skin is greasier than a new Jersey diner grill, libido crazy, and I'm being awakened by charleyhorses in my neck. (That's actually my fault by improper supplementation). But c'mon man, I'm not seeing gains. I'm seeing standing a different way, a tan, some fat loss. I'm not jabbing you man, just saying... These ain't gains. Fuck, if I didn't eat for a week, had 3 20oz bottles of water and got a spray tan, I could place top 3 in my state. It's just not impressive. But... You're in shape and look good, if that makes sense.
Edit- I saw my first vein bulge in the front knee quad guys!

Gained 40 pounds and leaned out. Damn. So that’s 13 pounds of muscle a month and lost fat. You must have some great genetics. Damn shame you let yourself get into the shape of that first pic.

Muscle memory results bro! I've even put on 12 more pounds since! Now I'm at 225! I took a year off of training because I was working alot & didn't have time, but jumped back into the fire! I gained most of my weight back that I lost from the time off rather quickly! It comes back quick if you already had it once.
