+ 3 Benefits of donating blood

ad

Hello guys & gals!

Soo few of my blood markers were off in May! My doctor was a little alarmed, but I told her it’s OK I just need to give blood. Then in June I ran into the One Blood bus to donate. I usually give whole blood, but due to Covid they were requesting my RBC and plasma. I like the One blood bus because they always give you either free movie tickets or a $20 gift card. Anyway, you can see the results on the markers after donating! Don’t forget to donate people.

Yep, I always give blood during every cycle I do. Like to donate later in the cycle when RBC, Hemoglobin, & Hematocrit are usually above normal range. Keeps me from stressing about potential clotting, etc..

BJ, your numbers improved dramatically. Great job helping out your community as well by giving blood. +1

I was off cycle 9 weeks; soo goes to show you it’s still important to get bloods checked even after the fact!

What were the details of the cycle (time on and compounds used)?

Very light! Most won’t believe it. I did 200mg a week of Test Cyp pharma grade for 8 weeks(1970 cycle). PWO a few days a week 50mg shot of Test Suspension!! Took my orals in an experimental manner I was trying! One day Dbol 25mg & one day Anavar 25 mg then repeat w/ Sunday’s off no orals! Did that for 5 weeks alternating orals. No raise in liver values & no estrogen side effects or acne! Planning my next one in August. Will pm deets if curious!! I’m older now...almost 50 and more concerned with my health and just being more responsible. Believe me I’ve done bigger Blasts in the past, but now less is more.
