3 wks out now from show body is still changing on a daily basis i did not for a moment think my back looked like this.

I want to take a moment here to thank my husband VIKING for all his input with training advice and this extreme diet i am on at the moment,i know i have been a little crabby and snappy lately but he has held strong and been patient with me and lifted me back up when i have been feeling really low i must thank you for that Smile

To any women out there that want to give this a try i urge you to have a go you will love every moment and never turn back.

Its good that we train in gyms were everybody knows both of us instead of being eyeballed with people that dont understand and looking at us like we are a freak show,shopping is the worst part people in supermarkets ogle and stir like they have never seen muscles before in thier whole lives Smile ah well.

Really really low carbs daily max 80/100 all take in the morning, weights and then 4 hours cardio everyday split AM/PM Smile

Ohhhhh thanks for that he does need a hug from me i have been a little tetchy lately but feeling ok now we are just in a holding pattern at the moment with the diet, not looking forward to carb deplete/ loading stage at all Smile
