Anyone who says bikini is not work had better come have a serious conversation with me..I've still got three weeks and a little bit more work to do, but Im getting there, one grueling high volume lifting session at a time. Been doing a bit of carb cycling to try and get the last bit off, but it's stubborn. But let's be honest, all I can think about is pizza and Nutella lol
