+ 20 Progress Pic
I don't like to post pictures unless they have a real purpose. This is one I take serious pride in though. The left picture represents literally hundreds of training sessions, gallons of sweat, countless "No, I'll just take water. And a side of veggies."
I've been a little insecure since I've transitioned into post contest body. Then I look back at where I was and cherish the gains I've made. The right is 115 pounds. The left is 135 pounds and two and a half years. I'm at a lower body fat percentage, have a much more muscular frame and am a healthier person. But even more importantly, I have purpose. I have a reason to push myself everyday and a reason to stay out of the bars. And thank god I have a partner to share that passion with. Never settle my friends, in your relationships, in your physique or in your life. Keep killin' it
