I have some qtropin and igf1 on the way too, can't wait. This hgh is some of the best I've ever had. What I love about this HGH is for whatever reason, I don't bloat as much, as opposed to other brands, especially overseas generics.

I agree with you, I have also used the IGF with great results, so good that I needed to reduce the Test and stop the IGF. Now I tend to cycle the IGF and do smaller doses.

You will love the Insubolic, I do 30-day cycles of IGF at a time along with HGH. I was just asking my friend here if doing both every day is ok, or alternating may be better as other poeple suggest.

I usually do 3- 4 IUs, this time I will be doing 4 IUs. I will probably have to get some more soon since it will go fast. How many IUs do you usually do or what do you say is a good call for maintaining lean muscle, not necessarily to gain too much size? kind of like in the middle, not too small or too big.

According to the guy that sells it, having a high amount of HGH concurrently with the IGF for long periods is the way to go according to research and anecdotally.

On cycle I like about 6iu. Have gone up to 10-12 iu but it just makes me to sleepy all day. Off cycle I like to cruise around 3-4iu.

Do you mind sharing the difference you see from 3 to 6 IUs a day, I’ve never done over 4 IUs.

The fat loss is more enhanced and the recovery from my workouts is better. Not as sore for as long. You have to be careful when dosing higher since you can develop insulin resistance. When upping dose like that I would also recommend cycling with some IGF to reset insulin. You can really burn through some fat quickly when cycling both of them.

I hope you don't mind that I am asking too many questions. You are full of knowledge my friend and seem very experience, I very much appreciate you sharing your experience/knowledge. In the past, I have done 3IUs of HGH along with Insubolic IGF 150mcg per day for 30 days (In your opinion is this ok)? I have read that some people suggest alternating HGH one day and IGF the next day. I am starting to think about doing 5IUs of HGH per day and adding some insubolic 150mcg -200mcg per day as well for 30 days. Thank you again for sharing your experience.

No need to alternate, run them both every day. The insubolic you can run longer than 30 days if you want. IGF-LR3 should be cycled though. The longer half-life of LR3 causes the body to build up a tolerance to it. The insubolic is in and out so you can basically run it as long as you like. For best results with the IGF, I would take one with your biggest meal of the day, I did breakfast, and then a dose post-workout. You for sure want to dose after a workout because your IGF receptors are upregulated after working out.
