Progress of an intense cut since mid April.

Was formerly 255(dirty bulk) in January 2019, bulking up since mid 2018 after a wrist injury that left me unable to train for 6-7 months. Lost everything, gained more back and this is where I’m at. Standing at 227 here with 19% bf.

Was using RP4U exclusively.

Have blasted Ron’s Sust and Deca at 500/500 for 5 months. Cruises until April and then blasted 1040 sust and 400 tren for 4 months.

I definitely don’t want to pull a Dallas McCarver. It’s a very very thin piece of rope I’m currently walking so I agree with your sentiment.

Tren for 4 months. That would be to long for me. To each is own. Looking good though. Good luck on the cutting

Well I took like 3 weeks off recently from that blast, and I’m finishing out the year with 2 1/2 months of tren at 750 and test at 260. Seeing how well my mental/physical state does and I’m almost due for some blood work.

Beefy brother!! You look like you got the v taper but can't tell with the shirt on. Looking good though. I do mostly dirty bulk. I'm not in it for a show so I like to eat and just get big. Although no fast food and I eat a can of chicken straight everyday.

One of these days when I drop another 5% then I’ll feel more confident about posting better pictures. Yeah I hear you about dirty bulking! I’m a sucker for Burger King whoppers man! I have to be careful about my weight because I qualified to compete in a strongman/powerlifting event At a recent meet and I’ll need to stay under 250. If I can recomp and be 230 lean in 5 months, ambitious! Lol.

Right now I’m trying to dial in a clean bulk diet as I recomp. This week started my 750 tren and 260 sust cycle. Debating on throwing an oral on there, but I have no idea where I’d want to start off with, and finish off with leading into competition.
