That was my last exercise of of my back and last day. Those are only 100s going for a tight squeeze. We have bells that go to 150, and I can flat bench them. Would really like to incline fly them.

Only 100? It take alot of work to get to those just like it takes alot of work to get past them. So you do shoulders and back on same day?

I can handle 120s now if I sit down and play with them. Getting beyond that will take a little while. Yes I do those two together. Usually gotta be careful on my chest days if I wanna go heavy on shoulders. The next or few days later.

I have tried it but what happens I I hit my back to hard and have nothing left to give to my shoulders..you don't have that problem?

At first I did and then my tendons adjusted. It’s been a gradual pounding. I’m very careful with straining my rotator cuff and a little bit of Deca sprinkled in here and there has helped.
