I started back training almost 2 years ago. I was in terrible shape. Day 1, I was 6' tall, 345lbs and 45% BF. Today, I am 270 and 18.5% and still dropping BF. I'm seeing huge changes week to week. Consistency and intensity has been the game changer for me.

Nice
Thanks Boss! Another BIG order coming your way tomorrow.
Nice. Day to day improvements and motivation. Thank you for posting
Great job man.
For those wondering, the black patch on the side of my quad is where my CGMS (continuous glucose monitoring sensor) is inserted. I'm a Type 1 Diabetic and it wirelessly monitors my glucose readings every 5 minutes and graphs it on my Insulin pump screen, so I know my glucose levels at a glance and for history trending information for dose adjustments.
jayiska lot of plate on those leg machines my man...nice! is that Branch?
Hacks are my absolute FAVORITE leg exercise. The other is called a Pro-V Squat machine by Arsenal Strength. I can't do barbell squats because I had massive shoulder surgery repair 4 years ago and don't have the range of motion to put my right hand far enough back to reach the bar to stabilize it. I substitute hacks, the Pro-V squats, and various angle leg press machines. Hacks happen to be my kinda romance.
jayiskIMO if you cant do barbell squats then hacks are the next best thing.
have you tried using the safety squat bar yet?
was having shoulder issues from doing a lot of barbell squatting and switched to the SSB and it fixed the problem.
I've tried the SSB many times, and it just doesn't "feel" right. My shoulder issue was a blown out rotator cuff, labrum, and right bicep tendon, Took 2 years to recover to the point of no pain. Just have mobility issues with it and have been working on it, but the surgeon put it back a bit too tight and wants to go back in to loosen it up a bit, but I will not go thru that recovery again. No way, no how. Worst pain I've ever felt in my life.
jayiskgotcha...,well you have enough plates loaded up on the hack and other machine so you are good...lol
I got my ass ROYALLY chewed by Neil for going that heavy. Haha, I told him once in a blue moon when I'm feeling really good, I like to see just what I'm capable of and push it past the limits of what my mind thinks is possible. He understood but still chewed my ass for an hour about it.
Its flex Lewis coach neil yoda i believe
