very nice my homie! AND u rolling w the righg src w out a doubt!++
Thank you selfster- means a lot coming from you and others who contribute as much as you all do to the community- much respect
You need to hit compound sets before lateral raises etc. Either dumbells or bar presses, like around 5-6 sets, then work on raises. Start at the front then work you're way around finishing on rear delts. Then upright rows, finishing you're shoulder workout with shrugs, again bar or dumbells. Smith machine's great for shrugs too.
Should workout well considering your current condition, alrea pretty lean the bulk will fill you out nicely. +2
Looks like you are nice and lean to start a good bulk. Eat good and you should do fine with that Deca cycle. How bout a pic of the wheels?
You look like you have pretty good shape you can bring up your traps a bit. Was one of my weak points at a time. I like to start with side lateral raises 5 sets, make sure you keep the tension constant with every exercise. Then 5 sets shrugs as heavy as you can go to get 10-20 proper reps squeeze at the top dont bounce. Then the best mass builder for fullness is the barbell press. After that hit your rears with bent over lateral raises and rear pec deck flys. And i like to finish with behind the neck pull downs moderate weight squeeze at the bottom. Keep up the work bro
Perfect! Thank you!! Traps have been a struggle as you can see. I will
Add what you suggested and keep
Banging away- thank you again
Rack pulls will blow your traps up
Thank you tren. As mentioned before they are lagging. Can't seem to get the burn out of them and decided to try to do them 2-3 times a week maybe
2 times max. Back day and shoulders day. 3 days in between
Thank you

For shoulders, the thing I have found to be best at smashing shoulders is plenty of lateral raises and up right rows. Also not neglecting rear delts, as some so. However lateral raises create the most width and thus an illusion of a bigger v taper if waist is in line. Looking good pal, plus 1.
Thank you for the kind words and advice- much appreciated. I have a routine I've always done with shoulders and I think I'm in a platue. Need to switch it up a bit- thank you again-
