+ 9 Back after some extensive health issues.

Lost a decent amount of weight and muscle mass due to a few set backs. Having your health is something I’ve never taken for granted and when you lose that and your life is turned upside down... it can make any grown man cave. I’m glad to be back and doctors have cleared me to ease back in to my what use to be my normal routine. Merry Christmas
