+ 4 Pre-cycle Bloodwork. Plus, How in 42 days, I went from bad cholesterol to good cholesterol.

ad

hello eroid brothers. I just wanted to share with the community my pre-cycle blood work.

I am going to run a cycle running whlsdrct.it gear.
in 6-8 into my cycle, I am going to get bloodwork to see how good his gear is

3I also want to share with you guys how I lowered my cholesterol levels from pretty bad to pretty good.

So starting the year, I decided to loss body fat to get the most out of my future cycles. I went on a ketog diet, where I would consume no more than 25 grams of carbs a day... I would some days go zero carbs.

during my Keto diet, I read that some keto diets can impact your bloods lipids depending on what sources of proteins you would consume and whether the meat was hight in fat and saturated fats, the negative impact would be greater and so on. so I started my diet weighting 250 lb the first day of the year. by 2/21/17 I was weighting 216 lbs. I had a doctors appointment to check my cholesterol levels being that I was eating a lot of red meat, whole eggs and what have you. and learning that kedo diets hight in animal fat can impact your lipids negatively, I wanted to make sure that my cholesterol wasn't getting out of line even more sine I did not have great numbers to begin with.

my numbers from 2/21/2017: total cholesterol: 277, triglycerides: 98, HDL: 48, LDL 209

cholesterol ratio: 5.8 (which is hight) range: <or= 5.0

my doctor wanted to put me on statins, I told her to give me a few months to get that number down

42 days later

my numbers from 4/4/2017: total cholesterol: 187, triglycerides: 52, HDL: 55, LDL 122

cholesterol ratio: 3.4 (which is ideal) range: <or= 5.0

numbers improved so much in only 42 days. I will do a write up on the forum of what I took and what I changed in my diet to improve my cholesterol numbers in only 42 days. keep an eye out for anyone interested. I'll be posting it tonight.

I've had the same success with myself and others with a protocol with a few different otc supps. Like to hear what you used so maybe we could combine them and make something even more effective. Although raising hdl seems to be very very difficult naturally, niacin is about the only thing I know of besides lots of hard cardio. Even in the rx pharm world I think they just recently put out a drug that helps raise hdl and I'm not sure how well it works. What's funny is my highest hdl ever was during pct on nolva, that's one drug that does raise hdl but it's not a drug I'm very keen on taking.

Why arent you keen on taking nolva?

Also, I didn't use it but "GW501516" has been shown to help increase HDL

Here a study on it if you're interested
