Yes indeed. Short-ish fat loss phase to put me in a better position from which to start my next massing run. Just about done and am happy with how it went.

I had embarked on a long-term "bulk" and ran a bit too high of a surplus than warranted given my training and PED stack design. Ended up putting on quite a bit of muscle, but some undesired adipose tissue as well. A quick clean-up mesocycle got me back to enjoying what I see in the mirror.

I had read a lot about ment online, but using it myself gave me a better idea of how I respond. Now have a great deal of respect for ment --. Plan is to marinate / cruise for a bit and then deploy it again, but with a lower amount of testosterone base and see if the mental changes are less pronounced.

I utilize Ment to kick start every bulk@ 50mg/split dose. Nothing makes me hungrier, my fridge didn't stand a chance! Lol But what better way to kick start a bulk. That's what we look for, ain't it?
