These are very good, used for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off,
Starting with 20mcg and increasing 20mcg everyday up to 120mcg as couldnt sleep very well. recommended.
Lost around an extra 3 pounds for the 2 weeks than i would have doing it naturally.
