Wife and I are going through it so it’s time to better myself. Also need to review some product for some sources. Here I am sitting at 6’4 281.3lbs fasted. I don’t have any real goals here other than eating clean and looking better than I do here. I like all you meatheads keeping me accountable.

Pinning Sust/NPP/MastE daily for twelve weeks. I pinned 125/75/100 last night. That was pleasant as it was is only 1.5ml per pin. Totals come out to 875/525/700. I think I’m going to try to dial it around 700/525/560… I’m always down for dosing advice.

Also on 6iu HGH pre sleep since last year April.

I would say if your doing 6iu hgh mate would definitely be worth considering splitting that to 2 x 3iu shots per day one mid afternoon and on pm

You look like you're at a great place to start working on a good build. A good proper cut is exactly what you need right now and it looks like that's your plan w/ the gear you're running. Put yourself in a good calorie deficit, step on a scale every morning until you're losing 0.25-0.5lbs every day and keep the scale moving down. Start doing daily cardio and get a good workout split like PPL and stick with it. Personally I think running some Retatrutide and SLU-PP-332 would really speed up your fat loss. Just keep cutting and lifting until you're close to 10% BF. About the only thing I notice about your cycle is if it were me I always start w/ a lower weekly dose to keep your gains going and be able to cycle longer with better gains/results. Your choice of gear is fine, just maybe adjust the total weekly mg something like this:

Wks 1-8 1,000mg ew
Wks 9-16 1,500mg ew
Wks 17-24 2,000mg ew

Let your results determine your cycle length. On gear every 6-8 wks you have more new androgen receptors that can now take advantage of more gear. So every 6-8 wks up your doses, increase your mechanical tension(workout volume is fine), and if bulking then increase your food intake. Of course in a cut you're slowly decreasing the calories over the length of the cut.

I think you’re spot on. I’m not sure they are really giving me a hard time, but just making sure I’m not going super aggressive due to the rough patch. I am up 20lbs since the new year which generally happens when I start lifting with higher frequency (not just muscle but I’ll hold water like crazy).

I’m generally 3 days on, 1 day off. I was actually doing a PPL split in the winter and enjoyed it. Right now I’m doing more of a hybrid of PPL as I was hitting way too many of the same muscles during back and legs. Now I have an upper back, lower back, hamstring emphasis, quad emphasis, and push day. I did do 20 minutes on the stairclimber with a 45lb vest on annd will probably continue that daily. Also I grapple 2-3 times a week. Life just gets squirrelly.

I’m going to lower the doses and end up around 1500mg starting out. This combination was actually modeled around Makwas Sust/NPP/Mast run, but he was running a ton more complicated pieces. I also know I need around 600mg test weekly and NPP weekly to get results I want. The mast is something new so may have gotten a little carried away there.

Absolutely, if you know where your doses need to be then you're good to go. I promise you though if you commit yourself to a deep proper prep style cut like you were stepping on stage to compete. Once you're that lean your body actually does a really good job of keeping you lean from that point going forward. It will completely change how you approach future cycles and how you bulk and cut after that. Everybody should do it at least once.

Dosing advice if you’re really open to it -
Cut your doses by 1/2-1/3. And do more of the real work. Nutrition and cardio.

Sust 500/NPP 200/Mast 300. GH 3iu.

Apparently you’ve been around for a long time but why you’re running 2 grams of gear with that physique as a starting point is beyond me and sounds like you’re just asking for issues.

I am truly sorry to hear about your relationship struggles and wish you only the best there. As well as in health and fitness. But you’ve gotta be smarter than this. Id have a hard time writing off on this for a pro level physique and I would want to see a full set of labs. Diet and training as well.

I’m not expecting the gear to do it all, I’m smarter than that. Also never used NPP at that dose unless it’s maintenance before. I’ll tinker with it…

Sust has 5 weeks til its outta system so plan well. Like when you drop sust you have options. Hit shorts with prop, mast prop and var til pct. Or prop npp mast p. If youre still not below 15% the npp mast p would be my choice.

Thanks bud! I created the straw that broke the camel's back, but accepting healing is needed has been important.

Diet is dialed. I am going to start rucking on the stair climber again once I get my stamina back... 20mg of dbol split am/pm surprisingly does me well when I am trying to manipulate my physique. I am really excited about the addition of masteron, but I also know I am not going to look as hard at this higher bf. I do want to see if I get a similar (I know it won't be as extreme) result to tren in the gym itself.

You’d be surprised what you can do without going to extremes. About a year and a half ago, I ran some Sust with Anavar, and I broke my PR squatting 425. I was stuck at 365 running Tren. Tren shreds extra body fat at a high cost. I rather be strict with my diet and have gradual progress than go thermo nuclear with Tren. Keep us updated with everything. I love see bros persevere through hard times.

Some cycles and life got the best of me for alittle bit. Hospital , covid ,super high blood pressure & alt score 309 ast score 98 But after 7 months off and a low of of 41 & 49 testosterone scores. Im finally back in with a urologist who has me on trt and ready for some LIGHT CYCLING but its going to be great being back on here eroids

The duck man!! That guy cracks me up man haha, I remmeber reading that very sad post about him losing his sister (if I'm not mistaken) and him doing time .

Him and I have pretty similar back stories. I'm sure a lot of guys here are in recovery from alc/substances.

I do know one thing , gear and weight lifting saved my life.

Wherever duck man is, let's hope he's alright. And let's hope he comes back to make us laugh a little more with his humor and awesome stories

Yeah man I miss his annoying quacks for sure. Lol when he quacked everyone seemed to STOP commenting and just pay attention to him. He even noticed that and spoke on it. Yeah he was a different type of guy but he was a loyal friend and we all miss him. And good for you my man that you found a way out of all that with this type of lifestyle.

Yeah hopefully he's ok and we're wishing him the best. Hopefully he's quacking on.

Got that mass there. If youre going to lean down we already know gear speeds recovery and maintains mass. Figure your diet tight and try to get up to hour of stairs after gym session. Yes, its a killer and i hate love that evil stair machine but it will melt fat off FAST. I set it at 6floors or level 6. Steady easy first few minutes. Lol.

I’m usually around 8 or 9 on it for 10-15 minutes lol. I will try lower intensity for longer. I started really nailing down diet lately… mostly rice, animal protein, and fruit. Nothing fancy, but keeps the gut going.
