+ 3 My Wheels

ad

I posted Upper body the other day Someone asked about my "Wheels" So here they are. Not the greatest but not the worst. I have been back in the gym since April. and I stepped into this at 145lbs. Currently 190 give or take. But Out of All the years I worked out I was one of those people that NEVER did legs. Also, Spent a lot of time in the pen so push ups and pull ups every day i came home all upper body and no legs. Never wanted to do them. So I have been working on these legs since april with NO muscle memory unlike my upper body my uppder body always bounces back quick. Crazy because now LEG day is my favorite day. Love murdering my legs. I am working on some more insertions. My vascularity is there. I was running NPP and Superdrol. Today I started some Low dose MENT. 25mg. 10mg Superdrol and tomorrow I will add DHB. I am only running ment for 20 days give or take. Just a little experiment. so as of today my cycle is
t400@ 800mg/week
DHB@ 150mg/MWF
MENT@ 25mg/ PWO ED
Superdrol@ 10mg/ED

Lookin good. You're a beast, too, being able to run t400. I'd be trapped under heating pads all day if I pinned some 400mg

Good starting point bro. Considering no muscle memory like you stated really impressive the progress you’ve made this year from that starting weight I don’t doubt you’re really pushing you’re training. Keep it up! +

@Bearded_muscle has a pair of tree trunks and gave me some solid advice. PLPL was the workout plan I follow on/off for a few years. hams/calfs/glutes/quads split up 2 per day.

I started the PLPL a few weeks ago as this off season needs to be heavily leg focused. What do you mean by split up 2 per day? As in 2 training sessions or 2 of the 4 on each day?
