+ 21 My fat ass

Here they are. 210 pounds hovering at 18%BF. The bulge under my chest you see is my rib cage. I am retarded and my rib cage upper half sticks out, I blame shitty genetics for that. Just started another cycle after a long break. 500 a week of Enanthate for the next 14 weeks then back to trt. I plan on doing a massive dirty bulk to see if I can break some more PR's now that my shoulder injury is 90% healed. For some of you, I am not a bodybuilder I am a powerlifter so my bodyfat means absolutely nothing to me. Could I lose some fat? If I wanted to hop on a stage sure but thats no my goal.

No hgh, it's genetics. the bottom of our rib cages where the diaphragm muscle is is big, I guess it's easier to say in my family we have big diaphragm muscles so it causes our rib cage lower half to bulge out it's freakish when I was much leaner and more pronounced now with more weight on my frame. Comes from my mother's side of the family. No e liked to smoke weed with me when I was a kid, I was like a vacuum lol.

the kitchen is not really my best friend. I am always experimenting on my carb/protein/fat intake to see what works and what doesn't. One week I will up my protein to 140 grams a day and lower everything else and on sunday I hit the gym and see if my strength changes, if its a failure i try more carbs, then more fats, e.t.c.
Honestly what works for me I find is about 100 grams of protein a day, 140 grams of carbs, and 60 grams of fat give or take on the fat because ice cream is motherfucking delicious. I still have a few more weeks of experimenting to do to find my happy spot but my bodies requirements are still changing given my age.

You were right, he did about 2 different readings, digital caliper, digital bmi scale, and we found out I am at 15% but it may be lower because of my muscle mass. My pimp hand was ready as he did say i need to do more running or treadmill to get rid of the lower bodyfat as it is the area us older guys always pack it on. I asked him the fastest way and he said lower my calories to about 2200 a day and they will start to go away....as well as my muscle mass too.

Awesome. Yea I have been saying for quite awhile now there are exceptions to the BF rules as we know them and them calipers do not really take into account muscle mass the likes of all of us have. A bod pod is really the only failsafe method IMO and unfortunately they don't see to be very popular.

I still got the lower back fat going on, nice cushion for the deads though lol I'm seeing my PCP tomorrow to get my annual physical so I'm going to see the numbers without using a caliper.

I would like to see bod pod numbers of guys like us over 40. We hold that last little bit of adipose fat until the bitter end, even tho we have veins bulging and striation everywhere else like we are at 10%.

I am going to ask about it, if he says more cardio and running I might smack him upside the head. Maybe see why we can be muscular as fk but still struggle our asses off to get rid of that shit. If I starve myself it will go away but I can't lol.

My little back lumps are nearly gone now and can usually see all six abs first thing in the morning. They have just slowly withered away. I think if I actually did cardio they may already be gone now but that adipose fat is the last fat to go bro. I honestly don't even trip about it anymore. In the rural area I live I am the undisputed gym king, lol. Freakish in comparison to all others.

before I tore my shoulder my bench was 550, my dead was 670, my squat was roughly 565 clean and jerk was 400, the clean and jerk is what tore my shoulder I tried to do 500 and it was not very smart. I stopped it all when I got hurt because I wanted to give up so I just hit the gym and tried to just maintain. bad idea. Now I am making a my comeback in my old age. I want to hit 600 before I'm too old to lift the bar.

the worst feeling is when you get to the gym...and cant even do a 150 pound bench. It took me a whole year to recover, I pulled my tendons in my shoulder to the point where they looked like overcooked spaghetti. I was losing interest in training and almost gave up but my therapist did these injections once a month that hurt like hell but helped it heal faster. he said tendons rarely get blood flow to heal so he was causing blood to flow to it. I don't give a shit what he did because it worked lol.

Do you know what injections they used? My forearm tendons were shredded for two years and I decided to undertake my own science experiment when they said we can do another cortisone shot then surgery. I told my doctor my battleplan and he thought it was pretty sound. Also you look great brother! Your BF seems fine why best yourself up? +1

I have to see him again next month and I'll ask him. I know the needle was about 5 inches long and an 18 gauge. it was funny he went to grab something and the needle was dangling from my shoulder back and forth one time. I was like wtf and he said he has never had one break before so I told him lets make sure I'm not the 1st. The shit was almost watery because he had it in the barrel in like 2 seconds, roughly 2 cc's. definitely not cortisone. It burned and I had a hard time moving my rotator cuff upwards but every other way was fine. Maybe it was fkn TB500.
