My last run with Tren when I tried to limit my carbs I became lethargic and started having insomnia and paranoia. This time around I will do half my body weight a day (110) divided into 6 and each week when I lose I will divide that by half as well. I will keep my protein intake to around 150-200 grams a day with the carbs so that means I need to get them from lean cuts of meat and very minimal protein shakes. I'm new school in the belief that you dont need to ingest double your bodyweight in protein or carbs. Your body will tell you what it needs. You just have to listen to it. I respond better on body weight amounts.

What dose do you plan on running the trenbolone at - Only 110g of carbs per day sounds like you'll be going hypo very quickly? In fact thinking about it how do you even have enough energy to be able to train on that amount?

Ive already started dropping my carbs and calories. The past 4 weeks I have only been eating one meal a day and so far I lost 10 pounds. I'm also not tired because I supplement with coffee all day. Next week I start to lower the carbs but eat 6 times a day again. Then the week afyer I'll start this cycle. I plan on running at 600 a week which means 300 of each. You dont need grams of gear to grow especially if you eat right and get plenty of rest.

I used to eat 400 grams a day.
Cant say I've lost any size since I cut back.

Precisely. I think part of the reason bodybuilders have shortened lives is not because of the drugs, but because of the over indulging in food. Scientists did a test on 3 rats. The 1st on was calorie deficient. the 2nd one was fed 3 times a day. the fourth one ate whenever it wanted. The 1st one that was in a calorie deficit lived twice as long as the second one. the third one died twice as fast as both.
Look at the autopsies of bodybuilders. Clogged arteries, fatty liver, enlarged heart from the size increase, e.t.c. The ones that outlived are the ones that stopped competing and just maintained. Arnold, Franco, Dorian, Columbo, Now they preach moderation lol.

I'm 5 foot 6 carrying 220 pounds and I gained a ton of fat. I am at 15% right now. I need to drop slowly so I already started to lower my intake of food as of 3 weeks ago. I lost 5 pounds taking in less than 2600 calories a day. Fat intake is about 30 grams which is high but I need it for my vitamins Im taking while in defecit or else I get very tired and depressed. The 2600 is not empty calories, its mostly peanuts, vegetables high in protein, and sweet potatoes. Its gonna hurt but my choice in aas should help me lose fat and keep muscle loss at a minimum. in calorie defecits you always lose muscle with the fat, but no pain no gain and with the clean slate I can have a better sculpture to chisel out.

Maybe I’m missing something or my math is off but pretty sure 110g carbs + 200g protein + 30g fat is only 1510 cals total. I just wouldn’t stay that low very long if you want to keep your metabolism up you’ll definitely need to throw some high days in there.

When I started my prep in January I was around 205 same height, maybe 13% body fat. Dropped my cals from 5000 a day to 4200 off the bat and then about 200 per week for the last 12 weeks. Down 30lbs now around 6-7% bf. Haven’t gone below 2000cals/day yet but I’ve also had a lot of cardio and hard training.

Food for thought is all. Don’t starve yourself!

I was just thinking the same thing. Maybe 30g fat is a typo? He said it was a lot, and 30g is nothing, so I’m thinking it’s a typo.
